Villa Perka, Sveta Nedelja, Hvar

We had a very pleasant week at the beautiful Villa Perka in the small village Sveta Nedelja on the island of Hvar. Getting there and away by car was pure fun. The manager Vilma and her mother are very hospitable and eager tenants, and the apartment Bouganvilla is well structured and excellent for a large family (and a dog). A few minutes down the hill by foot you'll find dandy coral rock bath with fine Adriatic waters and ladders.

Lovely Stay at Villa Perka

I had a very delightful stay at Villa Perka. Vilma, the hotel manager is possibly the most wonderful and helpful host that I have ever encountered in the forty different countries that I have visited. The accommodations are modest but comfortable. If you're looking to stay in Hvar city, you might find this location to be inconvenient. We were traveling in a large group and in order to get to Hvar we had to take a taxi that was 700 Kuna one way and about a 50 minute ride. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this place for a romantic, secluded retreat on the beautiful island of Hvar. And again, if you are looking for a helpful host, you couldn't find a better place!

Quiet, Relaxing, Secluded

Villa Perka is a spacious apartment with beautiful sea views. A perfect place to just watch sailboats float by. We were there in the off season and it was nearly dead in town by the pier. There was 1 restaurant open and a very small market right up the hill. It is best to bring your own food since it has a full kitchen. Very relaxing and the owner was very helpful suggesting hidden beaches.
