Within an hour of check in we were not comfortable, the elevator did not feel stable, sheets were dirty, the pictures on the site are old- nothing looks the same, it is very run down and dirty. We only felt secure in the building because the police station was right next door. We contacted the “24” hour costumer service and lost connection 3 times- we requested a refund so we could check out and leave- the response was not supportive. We asked for a supervisor and after being put on hold was told they would call us back in 24 hrs.

There was a switch in Management and sone of the communications were off happy to have been one of the families that got to stay. The room was nice and spacious.

The suite we ended up in was old and worn... The curtains were moth eaten, the toilet was cracked, and the garbage disposal reeked of old food. There were goldfish crackers under the pull out couch and though there were three of us staying in the room the pull out was not made up. (We did request it) Getting extra towels, pillows and sheets was a project and we were given only one extra even though we asked for more. The gentlemen who manned the desk was rude to me and other customers. Breakfast was a disappointment with limited options and running out of most of the food. The parking garage was creepy and had low clearance, with some areas inaccessible due to furniture storage. It also was difficult to pull into both the garage and to the spaces because they were so cramped.

We paid for our room on line. Once we got there we were told that we needed to allow them to change our CC one hundred dollars that would be returned after our stay and we still have not received our refund. I have contacted the place on three different occasions and told that they would be returning it. They still haven’t.

No coffee and they lied to me.

When I booked I accidentally clicked twice. I immediately contacted the hotel and when I checked in they said they had fixed it but two charges appeared on my credit card. I then tried to contact them but they didn’t answer the phone. Hotels.com tried but they said “no refunds”. I had to contest it with my credit card company. When I came down for coffee there was none. They said it would be “20 minutes” for coffee. Half an hour later someone shows up with two cans of “chock full o’ nuts” (not coffee) then it took another half hour to brew. The room was clean but I cannot recommend staying here.

On October 19,2024 you were overbooked and put us into a Super 8. The overbooking is bad enough, but in most jurisdictions you would be required to book us into an equal or better accommodation, and not a worse one.

The room smelled like an ashtray even though it had a nonsmoking symbol on the door. Microwave didn't work. The hallway and elevatorfloors were sticky.mqttress was sunken in.There were parties and cops in the building and it is not in the best part of town.

There were small cockroaches all over the room, especially in the kitchen and living room. Did not bring food with me in the room. Also, there was no parking. I asked where to park and the front dedk said in the garage under the hotel. I went to the opening of the garage and neither door would open, even after pressing a key. Then i went back to the front desk and the attendant said to park in the parking lot next to the hotel. Each spot at the parking lot next door had a reserve sign. If you parked there, your car gets towed.

It took 20 min to check in because their new computer system. The staff at front desk were friendly and nice. They kept apologizing. There was a party next to our room. It seemed more than 20 young adults in that room. So loud and noisy. We smelled weed smoking from the next door. Staff from the front desk responded well and came twice to kick out extra people from that room. However, there was only 5 min quiet time. 2am I had to go to front desk to request to switch the room. However, I was told there was no room available due to being overbooked. They have the problem in their new computer system. I heard the manager on the phone to talk with his front desk staff that I could leave to find other hotel because there was no room to switch. It was 2 am! This was not professional communication at all. I paid the hotel for sleep which I didn’t have for the night. Will never book this hotel any more.
