Charming, large, great location!

We had the room on the top (5th floor). It had a huge bathroom with a great deep tub (plus a big shower). The room, which was a very spacious, had beautiful exposed beams. It was charming (more so than the other units of the property, which were also nice, just not as charming) and really nicely situated in Heidelberg, two blocks or so from the castle and Christmas markets. If I am ever in Heidelberg again I would certainly stay there! The only downside is there is no elevator and the steps up to the room are quite steep. But other than that, it was a great choice- I highly recommend!

Luxury boutique

Very nice place. My concern was that I was moved this place after booking another place and they became overbooked. Turns out the place was nicer and they didn’t charge me more so I was fine with it. But I wish the communication about the change has been smoother.

The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location

This property was extremely difficult to find via a car. We were driving in circles and ended up in the town square, The unit advertised river view. You had to stand at the small window to see the river. There were no elevators and we were on the 3rd floor…. Narrow circular staircase. Miserable! It advertised a patio with river view. It was an enclosed cement area. No view. Save yourself money and frustration. Stay somewhere else!

Alles gut, schönes Zimmer, aber eine sehr steile Treppe in den 4. Stock, das ist mit Gepäck ziemlich mühsam und für jemanden, der nicht gut zu Fuß ist, unmöglich. Sehr ruhig da oben trotz absoluter Innenstadtlage und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

Das größte Problem war die Sauberkeit! Absolutes NoGo! Und die Küche ist quasi null mit Geschirr/ Töpfe ausgestattet. Der einzige Topf war so klein, da konnte man nicht mal Nudeln für mehr als eine Person kochen. Der kleine Außenbereich leider ungepflegt und nicht sehr sauber. Schade! Ansonsten top Lage, gute Einrichtung, guter Stil, gute Matratze. Vielleicht alles etwas angeschlagen und in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das wäre ok gewesen. Also bitte sauberer putzen und mal die Küchenausstattung checken. Dann passt es auch.

Nice place to stay. recommend a proper checkin SOP

The check in didn’t go so well. There was another family staying at our room. It caused some confusion and stress in figuring out the arrangements. The staff was professional and timely to solve the issue. However the delay and the cleanliness of the room became a concern. The stay was still comfortable with the family. I would still recommend this place for my next visit.

The apartment was in a perfect location and very comfortable. We were very content here. A couple of comments/critiques: the wifi didn't work for us for a day until we learned that we were using an old password - we were lucky to have met someone to tell us so. Also, there was a nice coffee maker, but it only took specific coffee pods, and none were supplied. Fortunately, we were close to wonderful pastry shops and coffee that it was not a big deal. We would stay here again!

Nice spot but needs improvement!

The location of these apartments is fantastic and very central. There is no elevator and a very steep staircase to get to each suite. We were on the 4 floor so it was hard to get the luggage up there. The amenities in the apartment were very basic. No tissues, no salt in the kitchen and no information on how to reach the owners. No information on local establishments or restaurants, markets, etc. This was not helpful! They need to improve this.

Quando chegamos no apartamento a porta, que deveria estar aberta, estava trancada e um outro hóspede nos emprestou o telefone e fez a ligação para a proprietária, pois não tínhamos o contato. A proprietária nos avisou que não haveria lugar para dormir, pois houve oberbooking. Nos disse que devolveri o dinheiro, mas não nos relocou. Tivemos que procurar outro lugar para passar a noite de aniversário de casamento. Foi decepcionante!

Very nice room, good location

The room was exactly like in the picture. Although, we got the room on the ground floor and the smoking area+backyard is right next to our bathroom and the window can’t be completely shut. The sign to the hotel is a little bit hard to locate unless you get up very close to the doorbell. We did missed it the first time. There is no staff present but the owner did give us the instructions on how to get in, parking location etc. The room is very nice and have all the amentities and kichenette mentioned in the website.

Ruim appartement in het centrum

Ruim appartement in het centrum met parkeergarage om de hoek. Het appartement heeft hier en daar een beetje aandacht nodig om als ‘luxury’ appartement verhuurd te kunnen worden. Helaas was het derde dekbed wat we uit de kast haalde vies. Daardoor heeft onze dochter ipv op de slaapbank bij ons in bed gelegen, wat niet ideaal was.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist exzellent. Auch war die Suite bei Ankunft sauber geputzt. Allerdings funktionierte der Fernseher bei Ankunft nicht. Auch der Code für die Einwahl ins WLAN, den ich auf dem Tisch vorfand funktionierte nicht. Erst als ich einen verblichenen Zettel am Fernseher mit einem anderen Code entdeckte, konnte ich mich einwählen. Der Fernseher funktionierte dann am nächsten Tag, einen Tag später allerdings wieder nicht und tags darauf dann auch das Internet nicht mehr. Unter der angegeben Telefonnummer lief nur eine automatische Ansage, dass man zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmals anrufen soll. Auf meinen Nachrichten über Expedia (Fernseher/Internet funktioniert nicht) wurde nicht geantwortet.
