Room was clean, aged but spacious and comfortable for our family. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, could not fault them and the facilities were great for families with the pool slide and beach to kick back on. The Thai restaurant located on site was fantastic and the room views of the water and then just being walking distance to trams/beaches and a wonderful coffee shop was faultless. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Overall, the stay was comfortable. While the room was spacious, it felt very outdated. The curtains were broken, and several cups and plates were dirty or stained or broken. which raised concerns about cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was poor and did not meet expectations for the price. Although the Thai restaurant itself was really nice. Overall, the property needs better maintenance, improved cleanliness standards, and upgraded facilities.
