A centrally located decent accomodation option. The lobby areas felt quite dated, but the rooms were more modern. The outdoor lagoon style pool was great, though it was a shame the children's pool was closed whilst we were there. Also good to have the indoor pool as another option.
Getting to the car park from reception was a pain, as you had to exit the property and drive around the block - would suggest making the entrance two-way to save this.
Great size 3 bed apartment. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, so much so we didn’t use the beach. BBQ area clean. Very close to tram stop and walking distance to shops. There was a smell in the hallway just outside elevator. Other than this issue, we had an amazing stay.
The room was very clean. Staff were lovely at all times. Greeted you with a smile and were always very helpful.
The amenities were fantastic as were the restaurants and cafe.
Tram stop only a five minute walk.
We stayed here for 8 nights and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 6th level and had no complaints other than wishing our level was little higher and the bathroom being a little out dated. No worries though, our room was great. The pools were amazing and location was great, espeiclaly being a short walkijg distance to the beach. Would defs recommend. Will be back in August.

The Lagoon pool was beautiful, the pirate ship pool being closed for maintenance was disappointing for my children but it’s great news that it’s been upgraded. We loved the size of the apartment and it was very comfortable. I think cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen could be improved but other than that it was an amazing stay and we will be back.
Located within 1 mins walk to the light rail station that gives easy access down the coast to Broadbeach. While the hotel is old the foyer, pools and restaurants are well presented. Our room was a one bedroom unit with full amenities- it was pristinely clean with updates furnishings. The downside was the construction across the road which was very noisy - but work started at 7:00am and finished by 5:30pm. We did keep the balcony doors closed that reduced the noise. Overall, no real complaints and our stay was certainly value for money.
