I love how the property was very spacious and close to the Nakajima Park. The walk to the train station was close by and super convenient. There was a bus that you could take in the mornings that takes you directly to the airport if you have a morning flight. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group. Only downfall is that they have no reception, but we didn’t need one.

We stayed on the theater room and there was so much room with all the apartment amenities such as a stove, fridge, and a dining space and a living room. The location is very close to the station and Nakajima park which is such a beautiful place. The only downside is that there is no way to dry laundry. There is a laundry machine which cleans the clothes but there dryer function doesn't work. We asked and they said they didn't have a dryer. The bathroom is a little dated and smells a little moldy, but it's functional. This place is great for multiple families wanting to stay together

Honestly good property for staying. At the making reservation, they should inform the process of checking in which is required for taking photos of themselves after entering room. The note inside room explains the process how to check out has wrong information. It makes guests be confused.

Sometimes the light of entrance was off , so it will be a little bit difficult for finding the entrance. The explanation of the wifi setting and the process of checking out is different between the notes on the table in the room and the information from the web-site . I followed the instruction from the site. One of the best place for the staying around here.

The apartment was nice and big, however the bathroom had black mold in it and the window didn’t look like it had been cleaned in awhile. My daughter did wet the bed, which they replaced but then charged me ¥2,000 because they don’t usually replace the linens. So I would not recommend this place.

The accommodation was very comfortable with a full range of appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and amenities like slippers and toothbrushes provided. However, despite staying for several days, only one set of towels was supplied. When I inquired about this, I was advised to wash and reuse the towels in the washing machine, but they did not dry quickly. It would be ideal if the number of towels provided matched the length of the stay.

初めて無人ホテルを利用して見ましたが広さにびっくりしました。アメニティ類も豊富にあり滞在するには快適すぎる施設でした。 一点だけネットでのチェックイン等は分かっていたのですが、集合写真を撮って送る箇所が不透明なのと問い合わせに対し解答の不備が多く施設が良いだけに不満となってしまいました。 改善出来ればもっと利用者も増えると思います

事前にメールのチェックが必要です

事前にチェックイン用のメールが届き、事前に宿泊者の登録が必要だったが、メールが一向に届かなかった。 また、ホテルの玄関に入るには暗証番号が必要で事前にメールで届く予定だったが届かなかった。 ホテルの電話番号の記載もなかった為、管理会社を調べて連絡をした後にやっと入る事ができた。

何度か利用していますが、設備は快適です。BSも見れるとより快適度が増します。 今回、利用した部屋は時計が止まっていたのでその点が残念でした。 加えて同じフロアに宿泊していたと思われる宿泊客数人が02時頃から06時近くまで階段エリアか、部屋の扉を開けていたかで、大騒ぎをしており睡眠ができない状態でした。フロントに人が居ない事を知っているのか、クレームが入らない事を知っているのか、極めて傍若無人な振る舞いがあり、この宿にはこの様な宿泊者も利用する可能性があるため、何か対策手段を講じられると良いと思います。
