Room was super spacious. Large bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen / living space. Great location for Hastings st. Only thing I could comment on was some mould on the outside seals of the fridge and some of the tap ware and toilet buttons were a bit grubby and rusty. Overall still really happy and would happily stay again

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants. The apartment was huge, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed 8 nights at the Emerald, it was wonderful. We actually got an upgrade to a Superior 2 bedroom apartment, it was great. Everything was clean, bed linen, bathrooms, kitchen. Couldn’t have wished for anything better. We will definitely be returning. Front desk staff were really welcoming & helpful. We will be returning.

Great Location!

Great location right on Hastings St so close to shops and across the road from the beach. 2 brm apartment spacious and comfortable but a bit tired and dark. At the rear so woken each morning at 5am by the rubbish truck. Pool is in the centre surrounded by buildings so not a nice setting to look at, better to go to beach. Best location without paying on the beach prices.

Well situated but dated.

The hotel is well situated on Hastings Street. Our room was on the ground floor near the car park, which was not the best position and the Kitchen and unit was dated. However reception were great and we enjoyed a few happy days there.
