Spacious and central serviced apartment.

Overall the property is pretty well kept. The apartment I stayed in was well maintained and the small but well equipped kitchen was really great! The built in washer/dryer was really useful. (Tip: you can purchase the washing powder from the vending machine in the lobby) Breakfast served in the morning, despite being identical daily was sufficient for a quick bite b4 heading out sightseeing. Food galore around Earls court and the underground is just a 5 min walk away. Overall a good experience!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. One bedroom suite was spacious and well appointed. Location was great as its only 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court Tube with groceries store and restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Stay at Presidential

It was somewhat disappointing staying at Presidential: 1) Lighting to the room was erratic. There were some days/nights we had to live with just the side lamps as the lights didn't come on. The room was rather dark. When the lights did come on, it was after we had tried switching it on and off a few times. We informed the front office but they couldn't do anything about it. 2) The AC in the room was not working at all and the AC light was constantly blinking when it was turned on. When we informed the front desk, and someone came to check, he told us the light blinks all the time. The second person came to check another day, and actually told us it was spoilt and would get someone to fix it, but it wasn't done. So we had to live with some days that were very warm and some days very cold. 3) Breakfast - we had informed front desk on day of arrival that we would have breakfast at a certain time everyday, but the timing was mixed up on the 3rd, 4th and 5th day. We had to call to get our breakfast to our room. It was frustrating because that meant we had to keep calling and that also meant we had to second-guess when our breakfast will arrive and it affected the programme flow for the day. Having said that, the place was near Earl's Court which was convenient. Some staff (only some) were friendly and helpful. That was a plus point.

Good location with easy accessibility to subways

Good location with easy access to subway and convenience stores. Eateries aplenty too. Apartment is spacious but house cleaning is wanting. Stayed for 5 night, except for change in towels and making of beds, I think they did not vacuum the floors. Friendly reception staff.

Good service apart with no left baggage service

This is a very good hotel. Let me explain, never in one hotel where everytime I walk in and out, the reception greets me. I am very impressed by it. And furthermore, when I ask them on some questions on navigating London, I can sense the sincerity on helping me and not just giving me Lip Service. The down sides are, although they have a washing machine and dryer, it takes 2.5 hours to wash and another 2.5 hours to dry. If you are a light sleeper and goes out the whole day to explore London, then it could be unwise to wash your clothes when you are back as it is quite noisy. Lastly, I am sadden that the hotel does not have a overnight baggage keeping service. I planned to go to Manchester for the night and coming back the next day but due to the hotel not having this service, I have to drag them to Manchester and back.

Great surroundings and friendly staff

Earl's Court is a nice neighbourhood to stay in. It is close to Central London yet quiet enough at night. The rooms very adequate, and we were plesantly surprised that the breakfast was sent up to our rooms every morning. The staff were helpful throughout the stay and we enjoyed our time here.

Impressed

Stayed at the Executive Studio, 1 Double Bed with Sofabed, Courtyard Area and was pleasantly surprised that the room is large enough (hard to find such room size in London). Very convenient, close to restaurants and convenience store and just 5mins walk to Earls Court train station.

Great Hotel, Lousy Service

The room is great, location is convenient, couldn't ask for more in terms of amenities. But can't say much for the service of the staff. Me and my two friends were struggling with our luggages and door to the lobby and the two staff merely stared at us while sitting at the counter. The staff were kind of cold to us throughout our stay. When we had problems working the heater (we come from a country which is summer all year round), the staff was really condescending when helping, just short of scoffing at us. If you like nice rooms and a place that doesn't care much for service, this is definitely the place to stay at in London.

Family Retreat in the heart of London

Ideal place for a family visit to London. The staff are warm and friendly. We had a problem with the internet and the staff were very responsive in resolving the issue. Good deal from Expedia which made it value for money.

Convenient Location

The hotel was situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line - which is the line direct to key stations such as the Heathrow Airport, St Pancreas, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. It's even direct to Harrod's. Though not situated smack in the London city centre, it is very accessible by the tube. The room we got was in the basement which was nicely furnished and spacious for three of us sharing a room. The toilet was a little small but functional with a bath tub. Our only grouse was the lack of space to place toiletries in the bathroom. WIFI was free but the signal could have been better. It works well in the late hours of the night only and drops ever so often - this is probably due to the fact that we were in the basement. Staff members were helpful in helping us move our heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and to store them if you need to. Overall, a pleasant stay and we'd definitely come back again.

Quiet yet convenient location

The apartments are located just 2-3 minutes' walk from Earls Court tube station, on a street just off Earls Court Road lined with small hotels. It is very convenient because 3 lines run through Earls Court station - Piccadilly, District and Circle - which means you don't need to change trains to get to many tourist attractions in London. There is an M&S Simply Food store, a Sainsbury Local store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance along Earls Court Road. Our spacious and modern room had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a large TV - everything we needed for our stay. There's fairly good wi-fi connectivity which can be used for multiple devices simultaneously. Our only complaint was that the pillows were too soft, and using more pillows did not help. But this is a really a matter of personal preference.

Nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment nearby Earl’s Court tube station. Grocery stores and a variety of restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens. Apartment is well-equipped with washer in the apartment. We stayed with our 2 young kids (6 & 10 years) and had a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.
