We had a great time at the apartment, from start to finish. The check-in was very easy and convenient and Dario was great. We had a great stay and it was easy to check out as well! Diese Unterkunft in der Vis San Fermo 1 ist tatsächlich so schön, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ein sehr gehobener Komfort in einer trendigen, aber doch ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben es als Familie mit drei Kindern wirklich sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus überall hin zu kommen. Überall um die Ecke herum gelegen waren passende Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Dom ist knapp in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt eine hervorragende Klimatisierung, denn wir sind bei knapp 33-35° im Hochsommer angekommen und konnten uns dann entsprechend gut abkühlen. Der Checkin mit dem super freundlichen Personal hat hervorragend geklappt, sie haben sich ausreichend Zeit genommen und auch ein etwas späterer Checkout war nach Rückfrage ohne weiteres möglich. Die kostenlose Koffer-Aufbewahrung am Abreisetag möchte ich trotzdem noch hervorheben! So lässt sich entspannt in Mailand einen Städtetrip unternehmen! 1 mit ⭐️

Leider bekamen wir Bettwäsche nur für zwei Personen, statt für vier, und auch auf Nachfrage kam nichts. Das war etwas speziell: ansonsten tolle Lage. Wenigstens brachten sie später noch mehr Handtücher, sodass wenigstens diese ausreichten.

Advertisement / Pict of the appartment is not true

Milano is a great City. Regarding the appartement San Fermo, The picture of the booking and the real appartement are really not the same. The booking show different picture of different appartement while you sleep into only one appartement. Therefore, it's not really reliable. Once we call the manager of the appartement, he refuses to accept that the issue was coming from the advertisement on Hotels.com. We had to fight to get a "decent" place...but it was not up to our requirement but we didn t have much choice. So, becarefull when the booking is done.

Most electric socket are not working .. but the appliances ones are so I used those to charge phones and iPads. The jacuzzi as well I was not able to activate. A n extra blanket may b of use. Overall is a splendid place and I am planning to b back soon!

The appartment had a few issues including shower head was absolutely poor that needs changing , shower leaks onto the floor of the bathroom, mold beeds to be cleaned as this is not a nice view for cistomers to see, which can easly bee cleaned. Additionally Checking in with customers once or twice a week would increase Communication was poor due to the price had paid for the property. Nevertheless the location was excellent you can reach all the local attractions on foot Additionally more space for luggage to be stored as 4 people can not fit all the luggage on one rail . Chairs so uncomfortable in the dinning table. Staff have been tremendous meet with us on time and booked us a taxi back .
