We had a really nice stay! The staff was super nice. We had some issues with the safety deposit box and the dishwasher, and everything was taken care of. The pool is really nice.

Houlgate is gorgeous. The property is tired, though. Felt a bit "institutional". Disappointing that the pool/spa only opens at 10 and closes at 7 which means you can either have a day out or stay and use the facilities. Not something I'd considered before. Spa was good though.

The location is beautiful, the flats are modern and comfortable. The only difficulty was to get the instructions for a late check-in (to get the keys for the flat since the reception closes at 19.00 and we were planning to arrive 19.30). We didn't get an answer to the messages sent via Hotels.com. Eventually I phoned the reception and they sent the instructions via email.

Dejligt kompleks med en vidunderlig udsigt. Fint udstyret lejlighed, meget bedre end forventet. Hyggelig by at gĂ„ ned til. Smukt omrĂ„de. Kommer meget gerne igen. Eneste problem er at det tilsyneladende er tilladt at ryge pĂ„ terrassen og det generer meget nĂ„r man er ikke ryger. SĂ„ terrassen blev nĂŠsten ikke brugt 😟.

TrĂšs bel endroit avec une vue magnifique. Bien situĂ© pour visiter la rĂ©gion. Je recommande tout de mĂȘme une voiture pour aller Ă  la plage car c'est en pente. L'appartement duplex Ă©tait bien dĂ©corĂ©, propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Seules quelques finitions seraient Ă  revoir (joints de salle de bain) et peut-ĂȘtre l'isolation phonique (nous entendions le chien voisin...). Le personnel Ă©tait charmant. Nous reviendrons Ă©galement pour le spa.
