The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were very kind and went above and beyond to attend to any of our questions or needs. The exterior was absolutely stunning and the interior was just as beautiful! The rooms were very spacious and more than enough for three people to live in comfortably. In addition, the location was perfect, as everything that we wanted to explore was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Overall, for a family to stay, it fit the criteria. Separate rooms and baths (we stayed in 405) and the property was clean, although we found used tissues on our balcony upon arrival. They had towels, beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to use as we ventured to other beaches. There was plumbing gurgling from time to time and the lighting was terrible in the rooms and bathrooms, but it was sufficient and we were barely in the condo in the first place!

It is centrally located. Gym was awesome. We were in one of the penthouses, the pics and descriptions were accurate with the exception of the terrace , as it’s not on the same level. BBQ didn’t work which was very unfortunate. Property is dated but the staff were lovely and it’s off the noisy 5th, however there were nights you could hear the dance music until 3am. Felt super safe the entire time.

This hotel is just off the busy and lively quinta avenida however the room was very quiet. I booked a penthouse suite with 3 bedrooms and even within our own unit, we didn’t hear the noise from the other family who was staying on the bottom floor. The rooftop Jacuzzi helped us relax at the end of a long travel day. The staff were kind amd the rooms were very clean and spacious.
