It was an excellent stay It was unexpected surprise to have a two bedroom apartment but even better when it was is excellent condition The owner spoke perfect english and was very helpful The property was well located near a mall I would stay there again

I stayed there for 5 days, but there was only one towel, no shampoo, no soap, the shower water didn't flow well, and the most inconvenient thing was that it was about a 40-minute walk from the tourist attractions. I don't recommend this place. And it's an unsafe area.

Charged 15% credit card transactions. Laundry service we need to pay and they charge 10 soles per kg. Toilet roll and all other item not provided. They provided one time for free. It’s an apartment but 1 vessel at property. Too much noise even some one from other apartment use the bathroom.

Two times I stayed here and both times had a great experience. The owner will give you great information about the zone even the taxi fares so the taxi drivers wont take advantage. If I go to Cusco again, I will definitely stay here. If you want tours, the owner will arrange them for you.

깨끗하고 편안한 숙소

깨끗한 편이었고 주방시설도 잘 갖추어져 있었으며 주변지역도 괜찮은것 같다. 아르마스 광장에서 조금 멀지만 우리는 이미 아르마스 광장 주변을 돌아보았기때문에 문제될것이 없었다. 호스트는 친절했으며 우리는 이 곳에서 며칠동안 충분한 휴식을 취할 수 있었다.

Our first stay was fine. When we returned for our second stay, although we reserved and paid for a 3 bedroom, Francisca put us in a 2 bedroom that was barely finished. She said the 3 bedroom was taken by someone who was staying longer. It lacked many amenities (no kitchen table, not enough dishes and silverware) and was dirty. I asked for her to come clean it and she did, but implied the construction dirt was from us in the 20 minutes since we checked in! Even the walls were covered in white dust. I asked for a dishtowel to wash the dishes (there was no cleaner, dish towels, dish drainer, etc) and she said we needed to buy that. When I questioned it, she did supply a towel, soap and dish cloth. We had only 5 bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. We were allowed to use the upstairs lines to dry our clothes and they held our luggage until our late afternoon flight. Overall it was a good place to stay, but be sure to get what you pay for.
