Convenient but very stuffy rooms

This hotel was in a convenient location for my meetings. However, the actual hotel building is quite old. Check In was extremely slow - it took me a full 30 minutes from arriving at Reception to getting my room key. - there were only 2 people in front of me and there were no problems. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, it is quite expensive so make sure that you are hungry enough to justify the breakfast buffet cost. Fuego - is the attached steak restaurant and it has nice ambience with attentive and good staff. There was no question about how I liked steak cooked and it arrived well-done (when I actually prefer medium rare). Steaks are also quite expensive here. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the rooms are airless. I tend to keep windows closed to keep noise to a minimum. There is no way to circulate air in the room - no air conditioning or anything like this. Because of this, it is very stuffy in the rooms and I had a really bad nights sleep. The bed and bedding are comfortable. All in all, I will try to avoid using this hotel in future.

The staff was really friendly and polite, they helped me with all I needed. The room was a bit warm and there was no mini fridge. The toilet was a bit smelly. But overall for a short trip i do recommend.

취리히 와 루체른 중간 위치에 있어 한적하고 두곳을 다 다니기에 좋으나 차가 있어야 한다.. 대중교통으로 이동 하기에는 힘든 곳이다.. 호텔방이 넓어서 4명 한시구가 있기에 좋았으며, 1층 스테이크음식점 괜찮았다...

Odd place. It is like a spa where they just decided to add on some hotel rooms and a restaurant. Like all Swiss hotels it was clean, but it has little else to recommend it.

Gutes Hotel

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Das gebuchte Executive Zimmer wies aber leider einige kleinere Mängel auf, die aber von der Reception entsprechend aufgenommen wurden. Die Beschreibung des Hotels/Zimmers unter Hotel.com ist jedoch teilweise etwas verwirrend bzw. irreführend: das Hotel selbst hat keinen eigenen Wellness & Spa Bereich, man kann den im selben Haus vorhandenen Anbieter benutzen. Kostenfrei ist nur das Aussenbad und der Fitnessraum, Sauna usw. sind kostenpflichtig. Das KingSize Executive Zimmer besitzt kein KingSize Bett sondern ein zusammengestelltes Doppelbett. Hier ist die Bezeichnung KingSize im Beschrieb doch etwas irreführend. Das Personal im Hotel und im Wellnessbereich war auch dieser Hinsicht sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend.
