Romantic, post card accommodation by the sea

We spent 3 nights at this lovely place last week, which was towards the end of wet season. The rainy, windy weather made this picturesque little place so romantic for my husband and myself. The staff was always cheerful, friendly and more than helpful. The room was clean and the blue and white theme was really pretty. The kitchenette was sufficiently stocked. We had a lovely view of palm trees and a small strip of the 4 mile beach, from the balcony. You can walk over to the beach from the main gate. Easy parking spots were always available, if not in the basement, around the streets. While we loved our stay there, if we have to nitpick, we'd say we wished for an elevator to quickly take our luggage/bags up and down from the parking. And a small Cafe on premises would be great (unless you are ok with making your own coffee in room) We picked up early morning coffee from the bar/cafe of the hotel next door.

By the Sea Stay

Unique facility. Had the feel of an ABNB with small kitchen resources. Very informal feel and environment as they provided many outside activity (bike, pool, coolers, etc.) which was perfect for being close to the water. Parking was available for residents; however, vehicle size could impact where you could park. Room exactly as described. Quiet. No construction going on during our stay. Could not see any construction "site" from the room or hotel. Staff made guests feel welcome, when on duty.

The location was excellent! It was only like 5 yards from the ocean and the view there was incredible. The unit had a washer and dryer which was fantastic. There was tons of storage space, especially upstairs. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel offered bikes you could borrow, towels and beach toys, a water cooler for refilling your water bottle and an ice machine, right in the lobby! The parking is super tight so we ended up not using our car much and just walking instead. The upstairs bathroom doesn't have air conditioning so it gets warm and steamy, especially in summer. There was also construction going on behind the hotel so you couldn't really enjoy the patio/sunroom in our unit. But otherwise, the place was great and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great stay!

Great stay. Ideal location at the quieter end of town. Lovely laid back place. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Everything within walking distance. Lots of restaurant choice. Out of season so no problem getting tables. By the Sea staff were lovely and very helpful.

The location is steps away the beach. The communication with the hotel was excellent. Our family of four enjoyed our five-day stay. There is no elevators for travelers to transport luggage, therefore you will have some stairs to climb if stay in one of the upper units.

Ich habe in dem Hotel lediglich zwei Nächte verbracht. Für eine Bluse Übernachtung. Ohne weiteren Anspruch war es wunderbar. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich kein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wählen, sondern eines mit Ausblick. Darauf kam es mir hier aber überhaupt nicht an.

An amazing gem. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The ladies at reception were so cheery and friendly, greeting you every time you past and asking about your plans. They were super helpful providing information on the area and booking trips. The reception area has so many extras for your use…just help yourself to beach towels, coolers, chairs, toys, bikes, etc. Would love to come back and stay longer!
