I really liked this place. The room was clean, basic, one person, large bed. What really makes this place worthwhile is the location. All sorts of beautiful pedestrian streets lined with shops are a few steps away. The big cathedral is very close, abd is truly beautiful inside. I visited in July, and there were live bands and even an all male choir performing in various spots. Lots of good food, very pretty, and close to the river. If you want African or Moraccan food, go across the river to the neighbourhood around the train station.

À part hôtel bien situé au centre ville de bayonne près de la cathédrale. Personnel charmant. Chambre grande et confortable même si qq modifications doivent être apportées comme changement des poubelles cassées joins de sdb á changer.

Résidence agréable en centre-ville

Studio très bien agencé, propre et au calme au 4⁰ étage. Accueil téléphonique peu chaleureux pour une arrivée à 18h15, il fallait que je fasse la procédure pour récupérer la clé... la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (pas de signal), j'ai dû appeler la permanence qui n'a pas su m'aider. C'est le lendemain que le problème a été résolu. Il est vrai que ce n'est pas un hôtel avec un accueil 24/24, cela n'empêche pas d'être au service du client de manière agréable et efficace. A part cette mésaventure, et le problème de parking gratuit à proximité, la résidence est confortable et propre.

Cet établissement ne mérite pas du tout les 4 étoiles annoncées. Tout au plus 2 étoiles. Propreté qui laisse à désirer. Concernant l’aspect général de la chambre, cela ressemble plus à un Ehpad mal entretenu. Literie passable. Lits largeur 80cm. Absence de décoration. Aucun charme.. vieil appareil de chauffage,. Télévision hors d’usage, décodeur qui lâche tout le temps. Ceci concerne le studio dit « supérieur » n* 102. A éviter.

A fuir !!

Une catastrophe ! J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement du 13 au 15/09/2022. Le plafonds de la salle de douche était moisi et le dernier jour, une fuite d’eau dans le plafond de la cuisine a tout inondé… Je suis descendu à l’accueil montrer les photos et demander un geste commercial. J’ai eu pour tout commentaire : « Bah ! Je ne vois pas pourquoi, ça ne vous a pas empêché de dormir ? » Alors monsieur sachez que si, la peur que le plafond s’effondre sur moi m’a empêché de dormir !

위치는 매우 좋습니다. 도보로 닿을 수 있는 곳이 많고, 주차는 자체 주차시설은 없지만 도보 5분이내에 노상 주차장이 잘 되어 있어 큰 불편은 없었습니다. 다만 리셉션 운영을 주말에는 안해서 체크인이나 체크아웃을 늦게 또는 일찍 할 경우 여러모로 불편할 수 있습니다. 간이 주방 시설은 꽤 만족했습니다. 가성비를 생각하신다면 추천합니다.

Die Unterkunft ist wie ein Apartment eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche super und elegant. Die Unterkunft ist ideal, direkt neben der Kathedrale und ganz in der Nähe von zwei Chateaus.
