First of all thank you for allowing us to drop off our luggage 6 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. That helped us go to the close attraction (just a few blocks) Osaka Aqarium. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of additional amenities and adjacent to universal studios. Will definitely return!

Very comfortable, quiet, clean and modern. Four beds! Nice convenient location just 4 minutes to a train station. Only objection is that the remote checkin process is overly complicated. Owner should just email renters the code to the lockbox with the key. Don’t need so many layers of codes to get access to the key.

Good but get access codes before arrival

Well equipped apartment spacious by Japanese standard. Great location only a few minutes from a metro station on the central line and a big convenience store. But the vicinity is very quiet and deserted especially at night. Its ok in low crime Japan but very scary in any western country. The only note of caution is to ensure you get the check in codes before arrival as there was no one around. Response via their website, if you can find it, is very slow. Fortunately, i managed to get them via the online booking agent website, at the last minute.

Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. Thankfully I was prepared and did, but carrying luggage up the small stairs would’ve be difficult. There should be directions in English to use the washer/dryer.

海遊館とユニバに行くのに利用しました。 スーパー、コインパーキングも近く、周辺も飲食店が充実しており快適に過ごせました。 コインパーキングは場所によっては小銭（新500円使用不可もある）を用意する必要がありました。 海遊館行く際はまた利用したいと思います。 ユニバまでは10分高速になる必要がありますがコスパよく、気になりません。 ありがとうございました。

普通のアパート内の何部屋かをホテルとしておられる感じでした。 お部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、バスタオル、薄手のバスローブ、アメニティ（歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシなど）の他、食器やカトラリー類に加え、食器用洗剤とスポンジや浄水器のようなものもあり、便利でした。 一般的なホテルにあるお茶のティーバッグやスティックコーヒーのようなものはありませんので、必要な方は持参すると良いかと思います。 一番有り難かったのは、宿泊したお部屋（3b）は、高くなっている床にマットレスが直置きしてあったことから、動かして2台並べることができた点です。 2歳の子供との初めての一泊旅行でしたが、ベッドからの転落を気にすることなく、安心して過ごすことができました。 場所も、歩いてすぐの所に天保山マーケットやコンビニがあり、非常に便利でした。 スタッフの方との連絡もこまめに取れ、ありがたかったです。 使用済み紙おむつの処分を事前に伺ったところ、ご快諾いただけたのも、本当にありがたかったです。 また近くに旅行に来る機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

無人でのチェックインですが、指示通りにすればスムーズに入室できます。 チェックインカードなどは事前にメールなどで送ってくるので、届いているか確認してすぐに見れるようにしておいた方がいいかなとおもいます。 近くに駐車場、コンビニもあります。 部屋は快適に過ごせましたが、一つだけ！ 洗濯機があるのですが、乾燥機能はないので、干す場所が室内にあるとありがたいなと思いました。

大阪万博に行くのに宿泊しました。万博会場は近くてよかったです。その他、海遊館や天保山観覧車は徒歩圏内で、周りにコンビニやコインパーキングもたくさんあって便利な立地でした。 建物自体は古いですが、清掃は行き届いているようでした。宿泊したお部屋も少し匂いがありましたが、きれいに掃除がされていました。ユニットバスに設置されていたシャワーカーテンは丈が短いので、気をつけないと床が水浸しになります。 朝はカーテンの隙間からたくさん日光が差して明るくなります。また、平日に泊まったせいでしょうか、近くからカンカンと言う音がひどく、朝ゆっくり寝ていたかったので、そこは残念でした。 宿泊施設の近くにコインロッカーがないか問い合わせましたが、教えていただけませんでした。そのため、弁天町にある万博指定の荷物預けまで荷物を預けに行かなければならなかったのが辛かったです。最寄りの大阪港駅や天保山の観覧車の近くにもコインロッカーが多めにあり、私たちが行った平日は空いていました。
