2 bedroom apt above the bakery

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room. The room had a really strong smell upon entering. There was no air conditioning. The carpets looked dirty. The showers also not clean. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower.

Poor Communication

There were a lot of things that went wrong with our visit. I arrived in a taxi with another family and we received our wristbands at the gate without instructions as to which room belonged to each family, so we found out when we guessed incorrectly as the wristband provided didn't work for the respective room. Then everything about the property depended on accessing an app we couldn't download, so we had difficulty navigating the property and making reservations. We tried to make reservations at a restaurant for dinner at 7pm and were told to return at 7pm, when we did there was no availability till 8pm. We enjoyed the water park and there was a lot we probably didn't explore, but because we didn't have access to the app, it was difficult to take advantage of everything offered. At the price we paid, we found the experience disappointing.

Every visit to Disneyland and Disney world thru my life has been magical until this one. We rented a 3 room apartment. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle to Disney and can't get in for extra hour bc weren't provided magic band. Disney park helped giving us 3/5 bc they contacted someone and showed reservation was for 3. We called expedia and spent hour with them sorting that hotel messed up reservation but now fixed. So I call hotel to ask if luggage can be brought to room. Thus time I'm told there isn't any reservations for us. I get hung up on 3x. I call emergency number and reception continuously for hrs. I use whatsapp contact and get ahold of housekeeping who tries to help. She has reception call. Reception says all fixed now and security will have luggage and keys when we return after show. We take uber home and security again won't let us in. He makes uber leave us at gate. We argue hr. He finally gives us 3 passes and says we can get bags in morning. We need bags for selves and kids so argue longer. Finally at 130 we have a room. Hotel staff ruined our Disney Paris park day bc all day on phone dealing with problems

Överraskande trevliga restauranger och bra butiker. Massor att göra för barn i olika åldrar. Fint och kul vattenland. Överlag en fin by med integrerad natur. Minus var svårt att hitta, dåligt skyltat till entré och reception. Omöjligt ringa hotellet.

Dirty shambles avoid

Worn down dirty property, in a very poor condition very dirty poorly cleaned. Pool wasn't particularly great with lots closed and to busy. Not disability friendly we arrived by taxi and had to walk 10 minutes down to the centre with luggage with no other option available. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and the lift on every block we went past was out of order. Seemingly long term as they all had the same tired signage stuck to the doors Lock on the door was broken and you could just push hard and it opens, the safety chain was ripped off the door frame. The shower was covered in gunge /old shower gel ( over the clothes dryer). The kitchen fridge was badly installed causing the whole unit to vibrate and buzz loudly. The toilet doesn't stop filling which is loud through the night. We were looking forward to our stay but it was disappointing my partner has a disability and struggles to walk long distances/ stairs. There should be better access on arrival/ departure for people with access needs. Our booking was room only, however upon arrival we were given disney cards they insisted that they were 2 day 2 park tickets that we had brought. We had to sign for these, so we changed our plan for the Last day to go back to disney (we stayed at disney earlier in our trip) after a taxi ride over it established that the tickets were not active and the information from villages de nature was incorrect leading us to having to pay for more tickets.

Beaucoup de chose fermé sans qu’on en soit informé comme les Jaccuzi ou la rivière sauvage, des activités affichés ouverte à 10h mais toujours fermé à 11h bref ils auraient été pertinent de le spécifié sur le site de façon à ne pas être frustré venant principalement pour me détendre je suis un peux resté sur ma fin sinon cadre ideal, cottage niquel et personnel à l’écoute.

Rien de spécial à redire sur l'hébergement, très agréable spacieux etc. Le gros bémol est au niveau de l'organisation, et de la communication. Quand je réserve un voyage pour 7 personnes, qu'on me fait louer 2 emplacements, le minimum serait de nous laisser à côté les uns des autres... Surtout quand cela a été demandé au préalable. Nous n'étions pas du tout à côté.De plus, vu le prix que l'on paye, on s'attend à pouvoir accéder aux activités de l'aqualagon sans problème. On y accède effectivement, et puis c'est la décéption, des structures fermées temporairement (tobbogans,piscine ext). Quelques soucis avec le staff aussi, qui laisse à leur bon vouloir certaines personnes faire des activités et d'autres non. Je m'explique. Il y a des recommandations par exemple pour les toboggans, de taille ou âge etc. Ils ont laissé passer ma nièce de 6 ans d'à peine 1m30 quand mon fils de 8 ans d' 1m45 a été contraint de ne pas faire le tobbogan (en passant juste derrière elle... allez comprendre.), ou encore le jacuzzi qu'on interdit à mes enfants (6/8/10) pour une question de taille, quand dedans se trouve des tous petits. Et pour finir, le serveur qui me referme la porte dessus en me disant c'est fermé jusqu'a 17h, quand j'entre dans son restaurant ouvert, car le distributeur de la salle d'escalade était hors service. Cela aurait pu être dit poliment je ne vois pas en quoi cela lui posait un problème mais apparament ce n'était pas son jour.

Le logement était splendide, les activités (bien que n'ayant pas pu les faire) sont attractives et d'une grande variété. Accueil agréable, services impeccables. Un très bon séjour passé, je reviendrais. Seul petit bémol, la vaisselle manque un peu de propreté (trace de calcaire) bien que les consignes liées au lave-vaisselle soient respectées.

Prestations décevantes

L accueil au début du séjour a été correct. Pour le reste la catastrophe. Le petit bus à l intérieur du village nous a amené au mauvais endroit, tourné en rond pendant une heure. Puis lorsqu on arrive à l appartement, le ménage était mal fait, obligé de réaspirer le sol. Lorsque nous arrivons à l espace, dans l ensemble tout se passe bien, les enfants s amusent et de mon côté je me détends. Mais au moment où j'ai voulu prendre ma serviette et mes chaussures, plus rien !! Un peu surprise, je me dirige vers l infirmerie afin d obtenir une serviette pour me sécher. Puis je me dirige vers mon vestiaire pour récupérer mes affaires, mais là impossible d ouvrir le casier. Obligée d appeler le personnel qui, gentiment a fait le nécessaire. Le lendemain matin, vu l intempérie et mon handicap nous avions commandé un taxi. Mais celui ci nous précise qu il faut appeler la réception afin qu il puisse entrer dans le village. Mais encore une fois, difficile d'avoir quelqu un au bout du fil ? Au bout de 27 minutes, j ai enfin quelqu un qui me donne un autre numéro à contacter pour laisser passer le taxi. Et bien personne ne répond !!! Que faire lorsqu on est à l intérieur du village, handicapée ? Pourquoi ne trouve pas t on un fascicule indiquant les coordonnées téléphoniques pour chaque service dans l appartement ? C est une désorganisation totale, ce qui est vraiment dommage pour un tel groupe ! Car à cause de cela, j ai raté mon train pour aller à aux funérailles de mon père.Très décevant
