The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away. Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax on the balcony! The bed was very hard and quite uncomfortable for us. A car is an absolute essential. The apartments are in a residential area with a beach at the end of the road and a supermarket at the other end . Very handy. There are one or two restaurants that you can walk to but it is a very busy road. The marina is a short drive with a restaurant/cafe and it’s lovely. They are building a pool on the plot of land next door so there was some daytime noise (we stayed June 2025). A great holiday, very enjoyable.

The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies to clean the property. Will not be returning here.

Stayed at this property for 5 nights in July. Positives include: 1. Beautiful good size rooms 2. Good location within walking distance to grocery store and beach. 3. Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. Opening car park gate is a pain as you need to physically get out the car to unlock it with a key. Would be better if you can replace with either a swipe card or be able to key in a code. Sometimes the gate was also closed during the day which was painful getting in and out. 3. Reception desk doesn't appear to be consistently manned as we waited for ages in the day but there was no one there. 4. Staff communication hit and miss - tried to request for extension of stay with less people as one party of 4 were leaving early but it was unclear whether staff understood this request so in the end booked elsewhere to be sure they would not be charged for 8 people instead of 4. 5. Inadequate toilet paper for 5 night stay for 8 people provided 6. Inadequate dishwashing tablets provided (only 2 for 5 night stay for 8 people) 7. Bedroom curtains quite light and not adequate for blocking out the early morning sun. 8. Inadequate coffee pods provided (only 2 for 8 people for 5 night stay). The worst thing was the nearby grocery store did not sell these coffee pods hence no way to use the coffee machine.

very nice appartments not far from Poetto, Cagliari and other nice places. Coop just in front. what i did not like is that the suplement for the Dog is 20euro per day (to much) but they wantes this cash which i dont like. i got the reciept for it. appartamenti molto carini non lontano dal Poetto, Cagliari e altri posti carini. Coop proprio di fronte. quello che non mi è piaciuto è che il supplemento per il cane è di 20 euro al giorno (troppo) ma vogliono questi soldi e non mi piacciono. ho ricevuto la ricevuta.

Unterkunft sehr schön, groß und modern eingerichtet. Küche etwas spärlich eingerichtet, z.B. kein Schneidebrett, dafür eine Kaffeemaschine. Strand in Nähe. Cagliari 30Min Autofahrt. Fussläufig keine Bars oder Restaurants, nur mit Auto. Die Umgebung bietet kein Urlaubsfeeling.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell in Cagliari, quartu sowie Costa rei und hat viele schöne Strände in direkter Nähe die optimal sind mit kleinen Kindern.auch die direkte Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig (auch nachts).Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sowohl die gesamte Anlage als auch die Wohnung waren top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Vor allem war alles sehr sicher mit Baby und wunderbar kinderfreundlich. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen.
