This is definitely a must go to stay in La Paz. The condo was extremely spacious and very clean, surprisingly so. We had an outrageous view on the bottom floor where we were able to open up the entire back side of the house and walk out to our pool and then the semi private beach.

These are considered to be the finest condominiums in La Paz and it’s obvious why. The complex has an enormous pool, and it’s on private beach. The condominium some selves are spacious and modern.

We liked the property overall. The interior was very nice, we would have appreciated having a few small items stocked in the unit prior to arrival - just basic stuff like dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, a few spices. The pool was nice. Unfortunately, on certain days the smell from the refinery are pretty strong, hard to use the beach and pool on these days. These neighboring facilities and the barking dogs at adjacent residences are probably enough that we won't be back.

The photos don’t make justice to how great it is. The views from the terrace (and living room, and bedrooms, basically from the the entire apartment) are stunning- ocean views and sunset! They have room service every other day, they supply the basics - toilet paper, dishes detergent, some water bottles, coffee, etc. well equipped with brand new appliances and there is also an option for room service if you need. Right on the beach, one of the best beaches in La Paz, but obviously cold as every west coach beach- same for the pool, just set proper expectations (it is not about the property, it is about the location). Wonderful experience, we definitely recommend.

Perfect stay

Great place. Clean and quiet and close enough to el centro. We rented a couple of bikes for most of the week and rode into downtown La Paz everyvday for breakfast. The dedicated bike path starts a couple hundred yards south of the complex along the malecón and beyond for miles. Lots of fun!!

Beautiful, luxurious place! Super peaceful. Lee, the concierge, was very helpful. Lovely, empty beach, and a very short drive to town and to the northern beaches. There was a slight smell of sewage at times. We couldn’t tell if it was a sewage smell or a rotting pond smell and couldn’t tell where it was coming from… with that being said, we would stay here again.
