Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.

The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Bom local para ficar em Buenos Aires

Primeiro, como media de minhas respostas acima, a estadia foi muito boa; algumas observações: o colchão está muito velho, tem uma caída, muito acentuada, no meio dele, que faz com que surjam algumas dores nas costas; a cozinha existe, com talheres, pratos, copos, além de uma panela e frigideira, e é só; nem material para passar um café existe. As portas, de entrada e de acesso ao banheiro não estão em condições muito boas, a do banheiro, inclusive, às vezes tranca, com muita dificuldade para abrir. No mais, localização muito boa, área segura, inclusive com posto policial a alguns metros.

O hotel possui apartamentos espaçosos, mas com um estilo mais antigo. A localização é excelente, voc^e consegue fazer varias coisas a pé mesmo. Porém, o grande problema está na quantidade de moradores de rua nas imediações, o que acaba impactando a sensação de segurança. A recepção, que fica bem dentro do hall, faz com que os hóspedes sejam frequentemente abordados por esses moradores, algumas vezes de forma agressiva. A segurança do local seria mais eficiente se a recepção estivesse mais próxima da entrada, permitindo uma visão mais clara dos hóspedes entrando e saindo. Infelizmente, a piscina não estava em funcionamento durante minha estadia. Por outro lado, a equipe da recepção foi sempre muito simpática e atenciosa, o que fez a experiência mais agradável. O hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício, mas, devido a questões de segurança, eu não recomendaria para mulheres ou idosos viajando sozinhos. No meu quarto, havia uma porta/janelão que dava acesso a um corredor e não possuía tranca, além de a porta interna do quarto não fechar corretamente com chave. Isso me deixou bastante desconfortável, tanto para dormir quanto para deixar meus pertences de valor no quarto quando não estava presente.

Apartamento muito bem localizado na cidade e com garagem disponível a um preço justo. Atendimento da equipe de recepção sempre muito atencioso e prestativo. Tivemos problemas na primeira noite com o barulho excessivo do ar condicionado que estalava muito e nos disponibilizaram imediatamente um quarto maior, mas o ar condicionado também fazia um barulho igual ao anterior só que mais baixo e suportável, talvez seja o caso de rever o modelo e marca dos aparelhos para melhor conforto para os hóspedes.
