The hotel cancel both nights after when we explained that we needed two nights so I could sleep during the night and since George strait was in town for a concert the Saturday night both nights were canceled.😡

The bed was very comfortable. The hallway stunk fruits bedroom had a very strange smell to it. The carpet was very steam it when we turned on the air conditioner that smells like cigarette smoke. Very unpleasant smells.

False advertising galore…no pool; no breakfast. Great place to stay if you want to get high. Hallways smelled of it horribly. Back door never locked. Back door was closet to our room.

I was disapointed because it sayed pet friendly but when i got there i had to pay almost $18 a night for my dog and it says nothing like that on the web site. The room was not very cleaned at all.

I liked that it was close to the interstate but what I didn’t like is that it had a strong odor of marijuana, dirty hallways, no room service, heater didn’t work, cracks and peeling paint throughout room, tub was clogged, overall very unsatisfied!

The property needed severely updated. The bathroom walls above the mirror had dried plaster that looked like it was trying to hold the mirror onto the wall. The outside door to get into my section did not lock, it was supposed to be opened by my room key. Anyone could have walked in. The lock on my room door that you flip over didn't go over all of the way. I reported my TV not working so they switched it out Saturday morning. Left the same remote and the only thing that worked on it was the volume, no changing channels. The sofa was dirty and falling apart. I didn't want to walk on the carpet in my bare feet. The caulking around the tub looked like it had mold growing on it. I know I was offered a different room, but it was later in the evening and I had a long day and was too tired to pack up all my things to move. I will never use this hotel again in my future trips to Lincoln. I still think I should get some of my money back..

Room was nic...but not enough to pay for twice

This place charged me twice for my stay AFTER I had already paid Hotels.com. When I asked the front desk about the charges, they said it would come off...I told them at the time they charged me two times, but the front desk wouldn't listen. The person told me they only did it once and it would fall off of my account. One of the charges did, the other didn't. Now I need to get ahold of a manager who never seems to be there so I can try and get my money back.

Don’t stay here

Terrible hotel overall condition was completely unacceptable and unsafe 80% of exterior lights burned out. Hotel is completely falling apart.

The hotel was dirty, nasty, and the rooms smelled horrible. the carpet throughout the whole hotel was stained and nasty to walk barefoot on. Hotel needs to be torn down and build a new one.

Shabby.

Check in took 15 minutes, while i listened to the the employee checking me in complain about how she was supposed to be off 30 minutes earlier. She seemed confused by the printer and the process of charging my credit card. She saw my shirt and criticized my football team. I don't care what thinks, but so unprofessional. Carpet in hallway worn. Carpet and furniture in room stained. It was quiet, mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Overall, poor quality.

The Travel Lodge by Windham was a pretty rough place to start with. The towel rack was broken and dangling, the sink leaked and water would run out on the floor, showing the cabinet was rotten from years like this. The tube had water trapped under it, so when you were standing on it, it felt like you were standing on a water bed. Outside we regularly saw Police driving through due to crime in the area. 1 of the guys we saw prowling the parking lot was arrested on the 3rd day. The worst thing though, on the last night when coming back, I walked into an empty room. I was so startled that I walked out assuming I had gone into the wrong room. It was the correct room, so when I went back in it was cleaned, and all of our stuff was gone. I checked my reservation, assuming I had messed up and we were not booked to stay another day, but confirmation showed I was booked through the next day. I went to the front desk, who confirmed I was booked that day, but after that things went downhill. They called cleaning and they didn’t know anything. After standing in the lobby for 15 minutes panicking that all our belongings were gone in a town 1500 miles from home, 1 of the ladies finally went in back and saw that our stuff was in their "items left in rooms" bin. Retrieving them, I took it all back to our room, only to discover that one of our fancy electric tooth brushes was missing (left in bathroom), one of the $100 ones, fortunately not one of the newer $300 ones. The pictures look NOTHING like the actual hotel. This place was disgustingly gross, dirty, smelly, falling apart, unsafe. All of the other bad online reviews for this place don't even tell how bad it is. Besides false advertising, this place is a health risk. The health dept. needs to condemn this place!!
