Very nice apartment, as pictured. When we checked in, the light fixture over the mirror in the bathroom was out, I sent an email about it and under an hour later, the maintenance people came to fix it! Very impressed by that. The beds were nice and comfy, the area was really nice and the check in went good. I was in contact with Vander before and during our stay here, and the response time was really good, they answered quick and helped me along the way. I can really recommend this apartment hotel for anyone that want an apartment instead of a hotel room in Trondheim!

Great spacious clean apartment in a nice area . Only downside is you don't know the exact address at the time of booking just the area. The building was on a main round about . Our apartment faced the road which was very noisy with traffic and late night party goers, making sleeping difficult.

It was a nice accommodations clean and comfortable. Great location close to downtown and all the attractions. Lacked some of the amenities normally available. Bath soap, tissues, More towels for the kitchen or paper towels, only one dishwasher tab just as examples. The main issue was the temperature in the bedroom and bathroom. 30DegC when we arrived and despite opening window to cool with 12,DegC air lowest we could get it was 25 degC.

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

Apartment was very central and a perfect landing spot for our family to enjoy Trondheim for a couple of days. The area was noisy when the bars let out at 11pm and 2 am but did quiet down quickly. Parking was relatively close at the parkade but it was expensive. Would rent the car when leaving city if we had to do over.

Well above expectation

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn
