Disgustingly awful
Your co. must share the blame for my awful time at the hotel. I had specifically requested a hotel in or very near the city centre and at least four stars standard
I was booked into a hotel 35 km away. I had requested for taxi to be picked up from the Airport and you had confirmed that at 20 euro cost they will send me a taxi. No taxi was there at my arrival. When I phoned they had no knowledge of it and on my insisitance they send a hotel player to take me in his private car. On return despite asking them 24 hours on advance I had to come again with the same person. As the hotel was long way from the city in a village but on a busy highway perhaps calling a taxi was not appropriate for them. The place was only for people with cars and booking me in was your mistake.
The room was substandard and the bath room etc tired looking. A broken window did not get repaired during my stay. This was after one change of room. The food was again substandard and all through my stay only steak cooked not to my choice was the only meat to sand winched for lunch and dinner. No other restaurant or shop near to go to. I strongly suggest that money should be recovered and given to a R omamian charity.
I had not checked the bill in detail but I have no doubt there was overcharging. All on all it was one hell of an experience.
