Troppo costoso

Hotel che costa fin troppo per le condizioni di base spartane offerte. Struttura vecchia, arredamento e design mediocri....non offre nemmeno la colazione, la piscina non è sua, ma di una spiaggia convenzionata. In generale riccione mi pare un posto squallido dove al posto di relax si trova stress e casino, strade ammassate e strette, pienamente pensato soltanto x fare massimo profitto con budget misero...non si vedono in giro le case residenziali della gente locale ( ma la gente locale esiste?) , tutto è occupato da costruzioni squallidi solo x riempire di gente. Non parlo di parcheggi introvabili, ma perfino camminare spesso diventa un problema perché spazi praticamente inesistenti...il vino locale lascia desiderare, è fatto maggiormente di fast food piadine....ma pure nelle vicinanze non ci sono posti x una fuga da questo orrore...rimini un posto altrettanto triste dove ristorazione ai livelli assurdi, i locali indifferenti nei confronti della clientela spesso con menù poco interessante. L unico posto buono sia di qualità di cibo che servizio ed ambiente era un piccolo ristorante di nome " noi due". Ve lo consiglio vivamente, piatti ottimi ai prezzi ottimi. Detto ciò avrei voluto chiedere a tutta quella gente ammassata come sardine in scatola a Riccione- ma cosa avete trovato li.? Manco i prezzi non sono bassi x giustificare questa ostinazione di andare la...mah...Ah si al ritorno sulla strada negli autogrll non entrate mai in quelli gestiti da Sarni, è un orrore

Immeuble mal isolé,malheureusement, car très bien situé à 5mn à pied de la plage. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Seul hic : vous dormez mal et très peu à cause de cette mauvaise insonorisation qui ressemble à du papier mâché (voix qui portent jusqu'à 06h30 du matin, mauvaise insonorisation des canalisations quand une personne prend sa douche ou est aux toilettes, etc...).C'est ce qui promet de longues nuits...

Mareo wasnt the best... Not the worst. Position was good: close to the beaches and to pepenero (geeed geeed). The room had a nice balcony but the shower wasnt a good one. The smell? Dead buggy. Overall, decent place for a couple nights but not the best in town.

Abbiamo passato con mia moglie mio figlio (tre anni) e mio nipote (11 anni) 4 giorni perfetti. collocato vicino alla fermata dell'autobus che ti porta al centro o a rimini o dove vuoi tu, parchi etc... Ogni nostra richiesta è stata sembre esaudita. Il personale è sempre gentile e cerca di aiutarti in ogni modo. nella settimana che siamo andati 25/8 - 28/08/ era perfetta per le famiglie. senza tanto rumore e possibilita' di riposare la notte. spero di ritornarci l'anno prossimo per una settimana.

Fint hotel, god service, men uden pool!

Vi valgte hotellet ifm. gymnastikfestival. Som udgangspunkt et rigtigt godt hotel, men alligevel ville vi ikke have valgt det, hvis vi havde vidst, der ikke var pool på hotellet. Poolen befinder sig på søsterhotellet Altomare ca. 200 meter væk, så det er ikke rigtigt når der oplyses der er pool på hotellet. Morgenmad skal indtages på tredje hotel, og der var brød, yoghurt og mange forskellige kager. Parkering er på fjerde hotel, og her skal man have ekstra person til hjælp for det er meget besværligt at få bilen parkeret (nogle båse var nemmere end andre, men vi fik vist en af de mest besværlige). Selve lejligheden var dejlig med to altaner og sovesofa i stuen, og køleskab med fryser. Receptionisten var meget hjælpsom og der er mulighed for gratis at låne cykler. Der er ca. 200 meter til stranden, og vi betalte 10 Euro for lån af to liggestole.

Ho trascorso una settimana presso la struttura, fino dal primo impatto il personale si è dimostrato gentile e preparato, la pulizia della camera, come delle aree comuni è stata eccezionale. Unico neo le bici in dotazione che avevano sì i seggiolini per portare i bambini, ma in condizioni non buone (mancanza di cinture e di poggia-piedi) Ottimo anche il bagno convenzionato con il residence

Attenzione all'orario di arrivo

Bisogna prestare attenzione all'orario di arrivo, dalle 20.00 alle 24.00 il residence non è raggiungibile in auto, non c'è parcheggio, e non è specificato sul sito nella sezione "servizi" CHE ANDREBBE PRENOTATO. Quindi, 6 ore di auto e un calvario per scaricare bagagli e trovare un posto per parcheggiare .... La "convenzione" con la struttura che gestisce la spiaggia è inesistente, consiglio di chiedere prima il prezzo e poi dire che siete del residence .... ma vi diranno che potete risparmiare 2 euro sull'affitto dei lettini più lontani dal mare....

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo residence la terza settimana di giugno, in previsione di guardare la superbike a Misano. La ragazza alla portineria è molto gentile e sorridente. Il residence è vicino alla spiaggia ed al centro, molto comodo, tranne per i parcheggi (nota dolente della zona...): c'è un parcheggio convenzionato a 7 euro al giorno. La pulizia è sommaria (c'era un dito di polvere sul tavolo), sospetto che si limita al cambio biancheria, in quanto nell'armadio c'è quanto serve per pulire (secchio/mocio etc.). Anche il collegamento Wi-Fi non è un granchè (per chi lo usa in vacanza). Arredamento moderno, e funzionale, doccia un po' stretta. Comunque nel complesso buono, ci ritornerei.

Personale gentilissimo, sempre cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile della camera, che è ampia e confortevole. Uniche (piccole) "pecche": ascensore un po' piccolo (per un passeggino...), come il box doccia. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Ben organizzato, servizi come descritti, ad un giusto prezzo.

Hyvä Palvelu

Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä rantaa ja on hyvä kuntoinen. Hotellissa ei omaa allasta mutta lähistöllä oli käytettävissä toisen hotellin allas. Maksullinen parkkipaikka löytyy myöskin (kannattaa varata etukäteen) Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Lisäksi lähistöltä löytyy kaupat jos ei halua syödä ravintoloissa.

Хороший отель, чистые большие номера, есть кухня, приятное обслуживание. Находится в районе для европейских пенсионеров, поэтому до тусовок и молодежи придется доехать отдельно. Бесплатно можн брать велосипеды для прогулок. Заврак не включен, но можно самим готовить или зайти в местное кафе. Отдохнуть от суеты на два-три дня-самое то.

Ottimo hotel/appartamento in pieno centro di Riccione. Stabilimento balneare convenzionato a 100 metri, centro notturno di Riccione a 5 minuti a piedi e a circa 2 km da Viale Ceccarini (raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi o con le biciclette di cui l'hotel dispone). Unica pecca: data la sua posizione, è sconsigliato per chi ha il sonno leggero!
