Location is about 10-15 mins from Osaka Station. Good for individual or couple but could be tedious for family with small children to walk as there is some construction ongoing.

NIce cosy and bright room

Love the bathroom heater in winter. Nice, clean and neat room. Location is abit far off main shopping district / nearby train but walkable distance which make the lodging quiet. Nice food around the area. Ramen store opened until late and convenient store just beside building hence you can get food in the night easily. Equipped with washing machine which helps us to clean up cloths over long stay. Only complains are the room entrance is quite narrow. Have to wait one by one to enter and take off shoes. And also the hanging lamp in front of the tv. Husband knocks his head everyday while walking passed the tv to wardrobe for clothings. Will be good that Owner can shorten the hanging lamp in order to prevent knocking on the head everytime. Not painful but just a hassle.

About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this.

清掃が行き届いていない

広くて快適でしたが、日本語が不自由なサポートスタッフさんとのコミュニケーションが全然うまくいかず、チェックインはスムーズにできませんでした。また、清掃が行き届いておらず、各所埃まみれで大変汚かったです。設備は良いので改善したら、めちゃくちゃ良い顧客体験になると思いますので、早く現在の残念な状況を改善願いたいです。

快適な滞在でした。

部屋の中は清掃が行き届き、クレーム対象になるような事は一切ありませんでした。1週間、とても快適に過ごせました。一部口コミにある、ベッドの低さに関しては、ホテル仕様のベッドではないと思えば特に気にならない程度です。リネン類は清潔なのでベッドの低さは問題ないと思いました。洗面所と浴室も清掃完璧です。

We struggled with the bed so low to the ground as getting up is a struggle when you are getting on in age. Coffee shop next door was a good stop all other ammenities were satisfactory. The floors were in need of a clean.

別のサイトで見た口コミに、チェックインに困った方がいらしたようですが私は何もかもがスムーズでした！見た感じだと海外の方は少し分かりにくい方もいるのかな？と思います。お部屋は大変綺麗でした。なにより、バスタブにお湯をためて入れるのが嬉しかったです。追い炊きは出来ませんが、旅の疲れが取れ良かったです。ドアの外に置いてずっとある備品を使用して良いのかずっと気になりました。タオルや電池、洗剤等がドアの前にドン！と置いてあったので使って良かったのかな…？ベットは3人で寝るのには充分な広さでした。

Our second time at the Minn apartment hotel. High quality service, apartment is very clean and provide all the modern amenities, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Location was duperb with Osaka station being 5 minutes walk away. Higjly recommend.

Check in experience was terrible. I was given incorrect code two times and told to use lock box for physical key. Lockbox also did not open. There is no one at front desk and you have to speak with someone over skype. I had to wait 35 mins with my two year old toddler in small lobby for staff to let me inside the room. Next room was quite dirty, light fixture and under bed was full of dust. Lying in bed gave me bad allergies and itchiness. Provided pot had peeled coating which is cancerous. Upon request, i was provided with new pot. I would not recommend this hotel for people with family. On the other hand Minn Sanjo in Kyoto was very nice and clean. This specific hotel was not a good experience unfortunately.

Entrée dans l’appartement très compliquée

Pas de réception physique aucune instruction reçue par mail, nous sommes restés bloqués devant l’interphone qui comportait uniquement des boutons en japonais, après de nombreuses tentatives pour contacter l’établissement nous avons enfin eu le code de l’interphone, il faut désormais faire le travail de l’hôtel à leur place s’enregistrer sur une tablette puis appeler une personne qui parle mal anglais, après ce périple quand nous avons enfin eu le code pour accéder l’appartement nous l’avons entrer dans la boîte à clé devant l’appartement mais ce n’etait pas la bonne boite à clé et bien sûr ce n’etait pas indiqué nous avons du rappeler le réceptionniste en ligne qui ne comprenait rien pour enfin trouver la vraie boite a clé qui etait caché autre part. There is no staff at reception. You call them over Skype which was inconvenient and slow. They also don’t give you a physical room key. Instead you use a digital code to get into the room. This code didn’t work sometimes and locked us out of the room. When I informed staff of this predicament they said they will be able to help in 30 minutes. Which is no good when you’re locked out at 2am.
