Great location and great view of Old Town from the windows. Clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Can walk from the train to this location as well. Only thing to be aware of is 3 flights of stairs with luggage is required.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The blinds were not the easiest to use and could do with being fixed a little better. We just left them shut. Firmer pillows would be good, but depends on your preference I guess. No lift at all, we were on 1st floor so not too much of a problem. Would not hesitate to use Destiny apartments again. Thank you.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Great facilities. No lift though and there was lots of stairs. Parking was in a shopping centre car park about 700m away. This was not clearly communicated but once we knew about it we adjusted.

Ein schönes Apartment, mitten in der Innenstadt. Bahnhof, Bus- und Tramhaltestelle sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zur Royal Mile ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Mein Zimmer ging zum Hinterhof, deshalb habe ich von der Straße nichts gehört, allerdings von den Ventilatoren der Lüftungsanlage, die direkt vor meinem Fenster hingen. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet,was man so braucht. Im Büro von Destiny Scotland, das um die Ecke liegt, ist tagsüber immer jemand bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten erreichbar und das Personal ist freundlich. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Rollo, das umgehend behoben wurde. Check in ist unproblematisch, man bekommt wenige Tage vorher seinen Zugangscode und kann dann bei Ankunft direkt ohne Anmeldung in sein Apartment. Am Abreisetag konnte ich das Gepäck kostenlos im Office unterstellen.

Perfect location. Close to everything or there is a bus 0.2 miles around the corner. Clean, loved having a little kitchen One suggestion would be to get a new mattress. It was definitely worn down and not very comfortable.

Perfect place in Edinburgh

Perfect accommodations! Clean, in the middle of everything! Fantastic view. We were able to do a little laundry and that helped since it was cooler than we thought and had to rewear our warmer clothes. 100% recommend. There are no lifts but we had no promblems with that others might though.

Large, clean, modern apartment in a great location. Easy walk to all the best sites. Easy to check in and out. Great to store luggage at the office for several hours while we explored the city before checkout. It is a a few flights up with no elevator, so it might be challenging for older or less able folks with luggage. Would absolutely stay again. Suggestions for owner: washcloths (apparently this is an American thing), a couple of towel hooks on the wall or door of the bathroom (we hung ours in the living room on clothes drying rack), Kleenex/facial tissues (though there was plenty of tp).

Overall, we were quite happy, especially the excellent location. However, for the price paid, it is fair to expect more from our stay. To not have at least one change of towels, teatowels and bins empied across a 4 night stay was disappointing. Additionally, with the very bright street lights not being blocked sufficiently by block out blinds was a miss. The mattress was a complete fail, with us being able to feel the springs and cheap feel of the bed. Ultimately, we had a lovely visit to Edinburgh, however, feel the accommodation lacked commensurate quality considering we spent well over AUD$2,000 for a 4 night stay.
