Entrance is nestled in the building and a little hard to find but once you do find the entrance you will be so amazed at this luxury and spacious hotel. It’s so tranquil within and calming. every one of the staff members takes pride and respect in all that they do.

Superb property and service -- small, intimate, helpful staff, 4-5 flat blocks from restaurants, beach, etc. Love the rooftop pool and outdoor living room area. The only downside is that only street parking is available.

Stayed here for seven nights in May 2024. The location in Zona Romantica is great – close to all manner of terrific restaurants, food stands and bars. It's a very clean and well-maintained properly, with someone in the onsite office 24 hours a day. There was construction happening on the building behind this one, which sometimes got noisy, but the crews finish by 6pm and don't start up again until 9 or 10am.

Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was so friendly and ans accommodating to my check in and check out requests. Wonderful modern room. Very clean, well kept. Multiple pool towels provided. My only con was the construction noise next door (starting around 8 am), which is out of this property's control anyway. I would definitely stay again.

This was my first time in Puerto Vallarta and I booked this place on a whim because it looked close to everything I was interested in doing. It was truly one of the best stays I have ever had. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly daily and the management was extremely communicative and informative throughout the entire process. The property is clean and in a safe area and getting Ubers was a breeze. Someone is on site for 24 hours a day and able to help with any questions or suggestions. Everyone was extremely nice and the property was amazing! We will definitely be back! Five stars!

Do not book this on Expedia. You will get the worst room. Great property and nice apartment. But the view I had was of the construction wall next door. And the pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. The ladies who work downstairs were very sweet and helpful. The property was very clean and well kept. But my view was awful and I was really upset about that. I would recommend booking directly with the property and ensuring your booking includes a view.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and it was excellent. Property is in very good condition, clean, very friendly staff and great location. The pool at the roof top was great! There’s taquerias and a pharmacy just outside the property. Easy check in and check out process. The only cons that I can say is this property is not fully sound proof, so if you are sensitive to street noise then it might not be good place for you. In addition, this property is close to a church and you’ll hear the bell rang multiple times. It didn’t bother me at all, but it did bother my partner because he was a light sleeper. Overall though it was a great stay! Thank you Guillermo!

So I want to say my stay here was awesome. The rooftop pool was a little small but there weren’t that many people there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping service is there daily and if you don’t want them daily you can just let them know. If you are a light sleeper this place is going to be rough for you. Church bells/ traffic sounds during the day and at night you have taco stands which generate some after bar noise. Plus side you just need to walk out your door to enjoy tacos. Overall if sound while sleeping doesn’t bother you 10/10.

All of the reviews for this property were spot on! The property is beautiful and well kept, you feel safe, yet still have your privacy. The location is perfect for going out in the Romantic Zone by walking, or taking a longer walk or short Uber to El Centro. The staff is so welcoming, caring and helpful. I had food poisoning from a restaurant while I was there and they brought me extra things I needed and checked on me throughout. They clean daily and you are provided all toiletries. Even have an in-room washer and dryer! The room is beautiful and set up perecectly, the AC works amazingly. The bed and couch were both really comfortable, which is a huge thing for me. The rooftop is beautiful with a small pool and layout area, plus a covered table area for dinner, drinks or games. The views are great, no matter what balcony you are on. I only had one small issue while I was there and it was that because of the way the shower is built, it leaks a little bit onto the bathroom floor while you shower, but a small towel near the shower door is all I needed. Very small issue when everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!
