Owner was friendly, kind and flexible, let us put our stuff in the room hours before check-in and gave us cook recommendations on things to do around kyoto when we asked.

Just a really great, multi-room holiday apartment to use as a bad for exploring Kyoto, the tram to the temples to the west is just outside the door and trains to the temples to the East are an easy walk away. The only slight issue in the immediate area was that many of the restaurants are tiny and it was sometimes hard to get a table. Supermarkets also near and cooking facilities in the apartment give flexibility. Beds a little hard but otherwise was very comfortable here!

Dit huis is prachtig gerestaureerd. Bovendien ligt het heel gunstig ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer en een konbini. Maar- wij zaten hier tijdens een koude week in november en de enige manier van verwarmen zijn de airco’s en dat is absoluut niet voldoende. Ik heb ‘s nachts met een extra dekbed en sokken aan geslapen… bovendien is het voor vier volwassenen niet optimaal. Er is niet echt een comfortabele zitgelegenheid en daarnaast is er compleet gebrek aan privacy doordat de kamers niet kunnen worden afgesloten. Beneden zijn er schuifdeuren maar niet tot aan het plafond: boven wordt de kamer met drie bedden afgesloten door een rolgordijn. Met kinderen en in de zomer lijkt het me geweldig maar voor ons dus niet optimaal.

チェックin時の受付の方にニコニコ＆丁寧に説明していただきました。 宿とは関係ないかもしれませんが夜 壁の向こう側(中？)をガサガサと何かが移動する音が聞こえてきました。あれは何だったのか？

三泊したけれど　ワンセット分しか かなった。 食器を拭く　ふきんがなかった 寒い日になってしまったので エアコンをつけても　体が冷えてしまいました。 それ以外は　快適な旅になりました。

良い

犬同伴で2人で宿泊しました。 MAX10人で泊まれるそうですが広さ的には6〜7人がMAXのイメージです。 部屋が３つありますが襖やロールスクリーンで仕切れる感じです。 真冬ということもあり玄関から繋がるリビングは寒いですがエアコン暖房をつけると2階は暖かかったです。 和室で快適に泊まらせて頂きました。 お風呂やトイレなど全て綺麗で使いやすいです。 駐車場は無かったので近くのコインパーキングを利用しましたが一晩で800円程度でした。 一棟丸ごと貸し切れる点、犬同伴が可能な点、車で行くと動きやすい場所に位置している点が良かったです。 チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応もとても優しかったです。ありがとうございました。 また利用したいと思います！

ワンコ同伴で宿泊しました。とて清潔で、素敵なホテルでした。一棟貸し切りなので、ゆっくりすごせました。車でいきましたが、近くにコインパーキングがあり、割りと安くすみました。二条城や嵐山にも近くて、観光にも便利です。また京都にいくときはお世話になりたいです。

過ごしやすかったです！

高校の友達男女5人で利用しました。 広さも清潔さも充分でした！ オシャレだったのでたくさん写真も撮り楽しかったです。 喫煙者がいたので中庭で吸えたりコンビニが近くにあったのは助かりました。
