We've stayed at this location 2x on a layover in Athens. We love that it's located close to Rafina port and close to the airport. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a quaint town square with restaurant options within a 5-10min walk. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful! Highly recommended!

We loved staying here when we were in Athens! Our trip around Italy and Greece was 2.5 weeks long and this was easily the best place we stayed. It was so clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything felt sleek and new. The property manager was so gracious, hospitable, and helpful. It was a very restful and delightful stay. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Athens.

Nice apartment in nice neighborhood.

The apartment is nice, very well equipped and well maintained. The location is good, in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There were 2 cons: The bathroom and toilet are very small, people who are not thin will not fill comfortable there, and the internet connection was slow.

I loved my stay at this property. Super comfortable with a living area and well appointed kitchen. Decoration is very nice and the coffee maker was a nice detail. I arrived earlier than check-in time and Maria went out of her way to have my room ready so I could enter the property sooner. Communications were overall excellent from the moment I booked to the end of my stay. i will return!!!

We stayed a little over a week. The apartment was set about 3 miles out of the center of the city, or about 6 metro stops. It was very clean with comfy beds. Having two bedrooms is a must for our family. For a family of 3, it was wonderful to have a washer provided in the unit. The metro and bus stops are a short distance away, which is what we used during our time. The Blue line is the main metro line that runs from the airport all the way to Piraeus for the ferry’s. The best part was that the neighborhood was quiet and completely safe. There was a lovely welcome treat and they even can and cleaned, changed out the linen, provide more toiletries. We will definitely stay here again.

Tight space, but new and clean

The residency/apartment was clean and new. It is tough to stop and drop off luggage at the entrance, an inherent problem of the congested residential area. We were expecting two beds, as was indicated at the reservation. There was only one double bed in a very tight bedroom. One of us (not a couple) slept on the couch. It is fine for a couple who need a "pied-Ă -terre" for a night or two. The terrace was a plus.

Located in a residential area but close to the Holargos metro station, where you can find restaurants and bars to eat or share with the local culture. The property is good enought and everything looks like brand new. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Maria was always helping in solving the needs as well as necessary information. Thanks

The property itself is very good. Our check in was easy and the host was very friendly and responsive. We stayed 5 nights. However on the 5th night, one of the glass doors in the bathroom collapsed- just simply shattered, injuring one of the guests. We called the host about this and she was kind enough to book us a taxi to the local hospital. However she never showed up, despite our asking her to, which was quite disappointing. Would have rated the property a 4/5 if not for this unfortunate incident on our last night. It’s clean, close to the metro and grocery shopping and has good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Garage parking not always available

Stayed at Olygreen on 2 spearte occasions. Returned for the location and convinience of location where we could park and take the metro into Athens. On 2nd occasion was told the garage was full and therefore had to look for street parking which was not easy. Punctured a tire in the process due to the conditions of the roads.

Pros: gorgeous property, very up-to-date and modern. Lots of useful and thoughtful amenities. Cons: quite a hike from the metro station, especially with luggage! Easy directions, but far. Great residential area
 But very far from tourist attractions, and must see places. Our contact/host was quite inflexible, seemed quick to charge money for what could’ve been an easy situation. No air conditioning, so be cautious, if traveling in the summer. Central heat, which does not go below 23C/80F
. We were too hot, our option was only to open windows, while the heat was running. Counterintuitive.
