Room was great. AC in bedroom and living room. Washing machine (although it was extremely loud). Basic kitchen with a mini fridge/freezer and separate freezer. New ish TV and free wi-fi. Location is decent, less than 5 minute drive into town, no view but it seems not many places in Exmouth do. Everywhere looked neat/clean and well looked after. Only complaints was the fridge is tiny, we only used it for stuff to make sandwiches and it was pretty much full; and that the toilet is too close to the wall - my shoulders were too wide to fit so had to sit diagonally. Both pretty minor.
