The place was clean and the automated check worked fine. Our unit was on the third floor with the kitchen above that under a sloped ceiling. Bumped our heads a few times before got used to that. The neighborhood lacks local restaurants of interest so we ate while out visiting.

We were disappointed in there being lots of ant bate sprinkled around the apartment floor. Host was quick to respond to issues with the TV not working. Felt some further welcome information would have been good.

Nice park views and close to Edgware Rd and Paddington Stations. Construction going on next door, but mainly during work hours and not too obtrusive. Kitchen was wonderful to have - would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, perfectly equipped, convenient

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Lovely view from bedroom to the little park opposite. Clear communication by email re check-in/leaving. Close to tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Little gem of a place

Surprisingly well appointed v compact apartment close to Edware Rd tube It had most things you needed ( bar a kift!) In a compact space and was beautifully clean. My only negative was the bed...one of the hardest beds ive ever slept in.

Great location. Room was clean. Small but everything you need. The negative was the bed was soft and lumpy. We had a terrible nights sleep and woke up with a sore back. We contacted the owner to request the mattress was changed or moved to another room, we were told the housekeeper would follow this up, we heard nothing. Expected the owner to check to see if the issue had been checked or resolved, but no contact. Really poor customer service and communication. I can sleep anywhere but this was unacceptable and impacted our break. Will not be back.

Lovely compact apartment big enough for two people with lounge area and modern bathroom basic kitchen with basic utensils. Excellent central location near tube and several shops. Good communication and check in instructions

Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect.

Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.

Nice apartment bad mattres

A nice compact apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. Communicatios were excellent and access to the unmanned apartment was really easy. The only downside was the ridiculously hard materess which was a solid block.

The space was clean and for a short business stay it is perfectly located in the city near plenty of transport links. Apartment 4 has loose light switch fitting, sockets that did not work and the bed is in need of a new mattress. The pillow quality was very high & good shower pressure. Coffee pods a nice surprise!

The apartment was quite small and lacked a few necessities for self catering eg there was no toaster. The location was convenient to the underground and Paddington. There were quite a few restaurants close by. Unfortunately there was no airconditioning although a fan was supplied. the road nearby was very noisy so you couldnt leave the window open at night for fresh air.

No sleep the mattress was like sleeping on an ironing board and small double for rwo people. Would suggest the owner spend a night there with someone else to see how truly uncomfortable it was.

Small apartment in a busy but good neighborhood. The mattress was paper thin and on a frame that was basically a wooden pallet. Very warm. The apartment was surface clean in most areas but the shower needed a good scrubbing. Thought the tiles were caulked with black grout at first - it was that bad - until I noticed the upper tiles had white caulking! Maybe clean the lower ones? Sent the management company 3 emails in the first 24 hours of our stay and received only AI automated responses saying they’d look into my questions. Never heard back with any answers. (I had requested they alter our reservation to just 1 night so we could find another more suitable accommodation but they never addressed this request in response to any of my 3 emails.) The exterior of the building is brightly lit and our window happened to be in between the two lights, so even with the blind drawn at night, the entire room was bright because of the outdoor lights. Would not recommend our particular room or the service we received by calling several times and sending 3 emails. Very disappointed. Would still appreciate a proper response that isn’t an automated ’we’ll look into the situation’ answer, which they don’t follow up on.
