I prepaid full to my stay. I arrived and they didnt have my booking. stayed on the phone with Expedia Customer service for over an hour, they couldn't sort it out, I still didnt get my refund. really poor service and Expedia didnt help when I needed.had to go to another hotel and paid again ....

BEWARE: Horrible Experience

This was by far the worst experience. Don’t be fooled by the photos this place is run down nothing works properly horrible stains everywhere no water pressure whatsoever. I addressed this issue with the owner and they replied that they were aware of these issue. Very misleading I left immediately and they refused to refund my money even after acknowledging this horrible condition and issues this place had. Don’t be suckered into this false advertisement scam the place looks nothing like the photo.
