Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

The breakfast included at the properties spoons restaurant was great, plenty of choice. Highly recommend this property. The view from our villa and pool was sublime .

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a 2 bedroom suite with cinema and pool. The suite was large with doors that opened onto the swim deck. A kitchen (not that we ever used it). Rooms were spacious with quality fittings. The staff were the most amazing people- always smiling and friendly and went the extra mile to make our holiday memorable. We loved that we were on the quiet side of the island but could very easily get to the tourist hot spots. We would definitely staff here if we come back to Koh Samui. A huge thank you to Lee, Bell, Ross and the other staff - you made our holiday memorable.

This place was by far our favourite hotel of our trip! It was very clean, rooms were fully stocked with everything you need inc the kitchen. Cute little walk to the restaurant which was very clean and the food was excellent!! With many different options. Quick walk to the private beach. We even met the owners who were very friendly and accommodating :) staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks Sky Beach

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that. Ten Stars, if you’re looking for luxury accommodation near beaches, markets, shopping and so much more this is the place for you. This is a hidden gem. You do have to walk to get to a market but it is within walking distance of two important temples. The staff are incredible and very efficient with everything. The included breakfast was excellent and we actually ordered in most nights we were there and had some of the best food of our month long trip. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel. We had a one bed with private pool and I would go back in a heartbeat - the best of all the hotels we stayed in.

I booked the two bedroom villa with cinema. The Vila itself was ok but both bedrooms open up to the living room which allows no much privacy. The beach is not great and not suitable for swimming. The swimming pool in our room felt more like a water tanque and we used only once as didn’t feel like a proper swimming pool. Unfortunately we had to get a taxi to go to the nice areas about 20 min drive away.
