The staff was very attentive, room was clean and cleaned daily. I didn't like the breakfast but in hindsight, I realize I didn't get what I ordered. But the evening meals I ate at their restaurant was agreeable.

Great area at the heart of Bangkok. Close to MRT and BTS, shopping centers, embassies, malls, and parks. Room was spacious and clean. Staff (and I mean everyone) were excellent and helpful. They put great efforts to help us checked in early. Security uncle was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommends!

Everything was exactly as described. Older space but quite spacious. Storage was ample. A/C cooled perfectly. The room had everything one needs, including a wine opener. Beds were reasonable. Housekeeping was fantastic. We were on the 3rd floor. The view was blocked. Thats the only negative.

Clean hotel next to a construction site

The hotel was clean and on a good location of you want to be close to Lumphini park. There is some renovations going on at the hotel, which wasn't too noisy or a big problem. But there is one major problem with this hotel at the moment: there is a huge construction site next to the hotel and they make very loud noise approximately from 9 am to 6 pm. So you can sleep at night but at day time it is impossible to spend time in the room. This is obviously only a temporary problem that the hotel can't do much about.

The Good: AC worked, blew cold most of the time. Room had a decent sized refrigerator with a little freezer section, two burner stove, mocrowave, electric water kettle, and dishes (2 plates, saucers, cups, glasses, wine glasses, forks, spoons, butter knife, and 1 cooking knife. Cutting board, wine / bottle opener. On the 2nd floor there is a wonderful restaurant called Pasta Ama. The Bad: The bed was like sleeping on a board, it was not soft at all, and the pillows were hard as well. The room and bathroom are both dimly lit, enough so that it was difficult for me to shave. The Ugly: The street traffic noise can be heard in the rooms, all hours of the day, and I was on the 5th of 8 floors. The curtains had a lot of little tears in them that let light flood in, almost like someone was throwing cats against the curtains and letting them slide down a little with their claws. In addition to your metal key which unlocks your room, you also need a key card to open the glass door keading from the elevator to the parking garage (main entrance/exit). The Reception desk is on the 2nd floor.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Even though we sometimes had a hard time communicating, the staff always did their best to help us, and were especially helpful with getting us taxis that were safe and reasonably priced. They also let us store our baggage for the majority of a day when late check-out was not possible. The only issue we had was the very small complimentary bottled water; with more available for purchase, it was not a huge deal. Overall, very nice stay.

The property was in a good location. The train system was easily accessible and I was able to easily get a Grab taxi when not using the train. There was also a 7-11 on the corner and a Thai restaurant around the block. I couldn't complain. The breakfast was reasonable. Not great. I could only eat the eggs and rice/noodles since I don't eat pork or dairy, but that was just me. They offered cereal and toast along with some fruits and fruit juices as well. It was a nice location for the price and I would recommend it for a mid-range hotel.

교통이 편리하고 세탁실이 구비되어 있습니다.

방을 업그레이드 해 주셔서 정말 넒은 방에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 방에는 욕실 1개, 넒은 드레스 룸, 작은 주방, 소파가 있는 거실이 있습니다. 1층에는 세탁실이 있고 건조기도 있습니다. 그래서 편리했습니다. 가까운 곳에 7-eleven 편의점이 있습니다. 그리고 편의점 옆 건물 2층에 베트남 음식점이 있습니다. 맛있고 양이 많았습니다. 걸어서 5분 거리에 지하철 역이 있고 룸피니 공원도 있습니다. 체크인 전에 그리고 체크아웃 후에 짐을 무료로 맡겨 주었습니다. 공항 셔틀을 이용할 수 있는지 물어보자 좀더 낮은 가격으로 택시를 이용할 수 있도록 택시를 불러주었습니다. 택시를 타고 수완나폼 공항까지 약 300바트로 갔습니다. 가격대비 아주 만족합니다.

タイの地方在住、在タイ日本大使館へ用事があるので近い場所で検索し、利用しました。部屋が広くて、ソファなどの家具も心地よかったです。 何よりスタッフの応対が笑顔で親切。Andyさんは素晴らしいスタッフです。 スピーカーシステムが置いてある。古い型なので、客各々のアカウントでNetflixやyoutubeが見れるSmart TV に変わるとこの上ないものになると思いました。

Für Bangkok ein erstaunlich ruhiges Hotelzimmer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotelzimmer war ein ganzes Appartement mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Umkleideraum. Dazu zwei Klimaanlagen, 2 Fernseher und mehr! Im Großen und Ganzen, waren meine Freundin und ich rundum zufrieden😊
