I would recommend it 👌 Its a great place to stay. On the main road in the centre of skegness Near by KFC/ McDonald's plenty of places to eat .10 minutes walk from the skegness theatre

xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.

Will never stay here again. Spent 3 days here and did not have hot water in the bathroom and very little cold water. There was an issue with the water tank that won’t get rectified for a week. To make matters worse; there was no WiFi. We couldn’t find any of the networks that belonged to the property. Kitchen was good and had a microwave and air fryer. The cooker didn’t work.

The property was in good condition The apartment was lovely. It was a ground floor studio room 7 but it didn't match the photos as it was showing room 8 at the front of the building which I think is a one bed apartment. The room was clean and spacious with a seperare kitchen area and bathroom. It had everything you would need just no oven. I didn't need one for a weekend stay but a family staying with children might welcome one. The only complaint was when I opened the cupboard in the kitchen to put my snacks in, the previous guest had left some mouldy breadcakes and various packets of crisps. The cleaner should of checked all cupboards before allowing new guests to check in. This wasnt too much of an issue. Parking is also a problem as there is no parking on site. I parked for 3 hrs outside on double yellows with my disabled badge but then had to move it to somewhere where it could be parked overnight which was very difficult as Skegness is very busy on a weekend. I did find a side street to park on but there was no spacec until early evening.

アパートメントを予約。チェックインして間もなくお湯が出なくなり、フロントに相談しようとしたが、夜だったためか誰もおらず、シャワーを浴びられなかった。翌日、チェックアウトのときに話をすると「今からシャワーを使いますか」と言われただけ。この日は先の予定があったのでお断りした。

Filthy bathroom and shower so gross i wouldnt wash in it .cracked sink best of all NO HOT WATER ! The doors looked like somebody had smashed them in a bid to escape ? The stairs were unsafe and beyond filthy handrails it stank of rotten food and was staffed by a young man who could bearly talk english . I slept with chairs at the door , it didnt feel safe at all . Kettle worked but leaked everywhere . Quick exit on wakinv up , no sign of strange staff so dropped key in drop box - only to recieve an aggressive pho e call 6 hrs later from said staff . Avoid avoid avoid
Look - signs of misuse - really really worrying when ever bit of you says this place is bad
The stairs up to most rooms [lower floor is staff only - again really weird] the air was green ,the carpet flat and sticky ! Yes sticky the hand rails oh my gosh there's no denying this
The shower -- can I also say it smelt as bad as it looks ! May I also add i did t use this either .
The cracked sink ..... no hot water entire time so turns out I avoided this too .

Felt right at home

Strangely I wasn’t sure what to expect but I actually felt really at home 👍👍 It needs new curtains and they need to be blackout!!! The current ones are so very hard to close

Disappointed

The initial booking in was easy, happy we got a ground floor apartment as easier to get out the building and the location was perfect. however the noise was unbearable, constant water running outside the window, from the bathroom, outside the door and an awful smell of sewage, barely got any sleep and upstairs apartment must enjoy running around all night as it sounded like heard of elephants. Staff were lovely but the rooms themselves could do with some maintenance(shower hanging off wall) and the sewerage smell inside the room.

Find it ok but nowhere in communication does it say how to get to car park. No one there when we arrived. Room smelt a bit musty and we found mouldy Takeaway food in microwave and buts of food on floor in bedroom. The sofa was dirty and tv didn’t work, well it worked when we switched on what we thought was the heater so that’s the negatives. On plus side it right next to pier and could see sea from our room but also could see Premier Inn so that’s where I will book next time.
