The condos are beautiful and clean!! However, there is no sound proofing, and if you are on the lower level, and have people above you it is so loud. Biggest reason we probably won't come back, even the the resort is beautiful.

We only stayed one night as my wife contracted Covid and we left early. On check out Hal let the desk know that the toilet had run all night and kept flushing. There was a light on the ceiling burn out and the strip on the side of the table was loose for about 12 inches. Room was clean when we checked in and we were the only people checking in at that time. We really felt rushed to get out the door.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Beautiful area close to several attractions. We loved sitting on the balcony staring across the lake. Seen 2 eagles.

Almost everything was great! The room was super clean and almost all staff super friendly! The only issue we had was Sunday afternoon around 10:30 when we tried to use the pool with a waterfall. Since we had already check out of our room, we did not have a key to open the gate. I had to yell and wave my arms to get the life guard’s attention (because he had headphone in and was playing on his phone). He made eye contact, I yelled across the pool “we already checked out, so we don’t have a room key. But the website says we still have access through today. how do we get in?”. He rolled his eyes, shook his head no, and looked back down at his phone. No explanation, just a head shake and ignoring. After everything else being so nice, It was a very unfortunate way to end our stay. We will be back though!

We were switched to three different 3bdrm condos. The carpets were filthy in all three. The listing is listed as luxury condos and they were very outdated and unfortunately dirty. Very disappointing, we’ve been coming to this location for 6 years.

The only thing I can say is that the bathroom was a bit of a tight fit. Very small. Otherwise, it was a nice stay:). The staff were very kind!

The room was very very clean with the only exception being the shower curtain liner. Lots of hot water. Beds were super comfortable & clean - with a mattress encasement. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No USB ports in our room & no room phone though- but turns out we didn’t really need it. Property is a bit dated, but the location is superb.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The resort itself had so much to do — we enjoyed swimming and trying out restaurants. They also offer free lake activities like paddle boarding and water biking. However, we didn’t make it down there. It was a little too chilly for our kiddos. We happened to visit during their fall festival, which was such a fun bonus! There were free bounce houses and plenty of activities for the kids, which kept them entertained and happy. Overall, it was a great experience for both adults and children, and we’d definitely come back again.

I feel like there needs to be more options for adults to participate in later in the night. The bar closes at 9 pm, and the next closest option is driving 5+ miles back into town. Not only is it inconvenient, but it's also not safe at all. Having the bar open till 11 like every other bar in America would be nice.

No pets. Staff was amazing, pools were awesome as was the hot tubs. Rooms were great. They were clean and smelled great. They were well supplied. Shuttle service was great as well and very friendly as well. There is just nothing I can say negative about our stay at Still Waters Resort

The room was clean, smelled very good and clean. There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, which was annoying. Otherwise a lot of amenities for the guests. Overall a good stay!

I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting the area. The shuttle to and from Silver Dollar City was easy to communicate with and offers front door service. The amenities were great! Multiple pools available, mim golf, and coffee shop. Stillwaters deserves high praise for the cleanliness of yhe property and friendliness of their staff.

The property is beautiful and serene, the free amenities are a nuce perk. The pool and hot tubs are clean. The only drawback was the hot tubs weren't available til 10 am, would have been nice if they opened earlier to use first thing in the early morning before you started your day and not mid morning when you were ready to do something else.
