Close to the train station and shopping area

Very close to the train station and shopping area! Staff were helpful when approached for information. Room is cleaned daily. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. The pots and pans are clean. The only issue is my room faces the main road so noise level is inevitably higher. And wifi is limited

It has been a very pleasant stay.

Generally, it was satisfactory. However, we had to request for items such as bathroom mat, sugar, coffee, etc which they forgot to top up almost daily. Apart from this, it had been a pleasant stay. The front desk staff had been very helpful. Location is very good, within walking distance to many shopping areas. Will definitely return for future visits.

Great location

Good stay, and great location, walking distance to shopping and dinning area. However, receiptionist not able to direct me to the hotel car park, she asked me to find my way to the car park. . . sigh

This property is fantastic for convenience. Public transport, shopping nearby is excellent. Food options are great and staff were very friendly. Only thing I could comment on what was there was a bin in the car park that was overflowing for our four day stay and was never emptied.

Great location, friendly staff but no daily cleaning if room. Towels in the room you have to use for pool, so an accumulation of wet towels in your room. The one and only bin over flowing, as they don’t do daily clean. Don’t need beds made, just take towels and trash. Mentioned to receptionist and they booked the cleaner for next day, no one showed up. Toilet constantly refilling, there is a problem with plumbing!
