The stay was amazing. The unit was very big. It has everything you would need from washer, AC, stove...and everything was in great working order. Our host Nolan is 10 out of 10. I booked this at the last minute it was kind of worried I would have problems checking in as I got a message afterwards that said there was no front desk and I needed to arrange beforehand to get in. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Nolan through Expedia and he met me to let me in. This was a super clean homey room with a kitchenette and a full fridge. The pool was very nice and the building was very secure. There were stores such as 7-Eleven downstairs and a pharmacy for convenience.

This was about the fifth time that I have stayed in this building (not this unit). I like the location of the building as it is close to all of the things that I like to do when visiting HCM. This was definitely the nicest unit that I have stayed in. The unit could use some patchwork as there was a small hole in the ceiling in the master bedroom, the toilet seat in the master bathroom appears to be broken or loose, and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. If those things are taken care of, I would give this place 5 stars. As I said, in comparison to the other units I have stayed in, this one is the nicest and has awesome views of the city. I would definitely stay there again.
