This was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The space was immaculate, with all the amenities provided. Scenery is breathtaking, shopping mall is amazing and there were so many activities to keep us busy the entire time! We will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed in Massanutten Resort. We love the beautiful scenery and the comfort of the Regal Vista condo. Also, the resort is 20 minutes away from Shenandoah National Park where we love to hike. Will definitely come back again.

Condo was nice. Spacious, newer, etc. It is however part of the resort which has a timeshare ownership component. Thats obvious when you check-in and within the condo. A lot of rules sheets, cookie cutter appliances, furniture etc. Will likely rent again regardless

The unit thatbi was given was brand new. We were the first guests to stay in it. It was very spacious, decorated nicely, with two gas fireplaces. Definitely a great place to retreat!

one negative point here is - there are lot many cockroaches. You must do serious pesticide treatment for the entire building to get rid of cockroaches from kitchen to bath-tub to bed.

It was our third time staying at Regal Vista. The unit showed its age. It was in need of new carpet and furniture. Also, there were 2 glasses, a bowl and spoon left on the counter and crumbs on the floor. In lieu of all that, it’s still our favorite section to stay in.

There was a tree right by the deck and bug crawled on the deck. The tree blocked our view of the mountains. The water in the unit 2185 only git luke warm. My son scrapped his head on the chandler above the dining room table and there was a massive spider web on the ceiling. However, we made the best of it and had a good time.

When we arrived and tried to checkin, a lady at the front desk told us that there is no any reservation for my name in their system. I showed her the confirmation letter and text message from expedia and after long coversation with her manager she notified me that they need to re-book a reservation. She did a rebook but it occured that they did a reservation with downgrade of level of booked apartments. Finaly webhad to ask to redo it once again to meet theprimary reservation.

I stayed in Regal Vistas. I stayed here one year prior and loved it!This time it was a bit different. The tv did not work in 2/3 of the rooms. The toilet paper was at the end of the roll so the toilet seat most likely wasn’t cleaned. The sheets in the bed had brown stains when we arrived. I called housekeeping to request a new set. Never came. Luckily I brought my own anyways so we just used those and went to bed. Next day I called again. There was not enough dish soap. Housekeeping said it would be over. Never came. Day 3 I call housekeeping and request the dish soap again since it never came first time (I gave up on the sheets - there is a washing machine anyways). I was told yet again would be right over. Never came. By then I went to Walmart and purchased my own. The area was beautiful- I loved the property and all the activities offered!I came with my kids who rage from teenage to baby. There was fun for every age group! The general store has great snacks and delightful employees. The water park was clean. Go early enough and you can enjoy the go karts without the long line! Fishing poles to rent! But the house in Regal Vistas was not worth the money this time. Very dirty. Nobody in the office or housekeeping seemed to care enough to respond. I will definitely stay in the houses on the other side of the property for a bit less next time we visit.
