I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite good, rating it 4 out of 5. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the cleaning service was good. it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it yourself.

A negativt side was the placement of the hotel with a 50 minutes walk to the sea. But the service, or lack of it, was probable the thing that is the reason we want return. We had a few problem, and it took time to get help and the feeling from the staff was that it was our fault. On the positive sides, great breakfast, a shower with radio and disco inside.

Pleasant stay

The hotel wa son good condition, our room very large. The reception and hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful; called us tacos without a problem, helped us exchange money. We would definitely stay again!!!

Personeel is zeer onervaren en straalden weinig gastvrijheid uit. Het eten was van zeer lage, eigenlijk onacceptabele kwaliteit. Daarnaast werden "do not disturb" bordjes simpelweg genegeerd, meerdere malen. Kamers waren ruim, bedden prima. Airconditioning werkte nauwelijks en de badkamer was duidelijk slecht onderhouden.

Rooms are spatious, staff is friendly. Cleaning is not their strongest point (shower was dirty and so was the air conditioning). Airco was not functioning properly either.

Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel, da in Mamaia alles voll und überteuert war. Vergleichsweise bekommt man hier für das gleiche Geld ein deutlich besseres Zimmer. Unser Apartment hatte zwei geräumige Zimmer plus Küche. Bei der Anreise bekamen wir zunächst ein nicht gereinigtes Apartment, das wurde aber schnell korrigiert. Frühstück war eingeschlossen, aber nicht der Rede wert: wenig und nicht gute Qualität. WLAN war gut erreichbar und schnell. Etwas nervend war der Türöffnungsmechanismus, der gerne mal für 10 Sekunden Krach gemacht hat. Parken konnte man direkt vor dem Haus auf der öffentlichen Straße. Die Lage ist direkt neben der Marineakademie (?), etwas langweilige Gegend, aber sicher und problemlos mit dem Auto.

Excellent for families

Very spacious rooms with kitchen and refrigerator. Especially recommended for families with kids that do not intend to eat only in restaurants. Breakfast includes various kind of foods.

Peaceful area and close enough to the beach

Excellent hôtel pour transit ou court séjour

Un personnel souriant et serviable, ce qui est rare dans l'hôtellerie de cette zone touristique. Un parking facile, un accès facile pour profiter du littoral sans les inconvénients du bruit et se reposer la nuit.

Nice hotel

My wife and me spent a weekend in this sort of new hotel. We enjoy our stance. The rooms are ample. Staff people are friendly, and much of the services are very good. The breakfast and the wifi conections were beyond our expectations. We like to prepare some food for ourselves; then because this hotel has kitchen commodities we decided to book there. Unfortunately when you leave, the refrigerator stops working because the electricity is cut in your room when you take your key/card off. So, if you leave for the whole day, no way to keep your food fresh. If you are not thinking in using refrigerator, the rest of the services are ok. Is much what you receive for the price you are paying to stay there.

A good place at a great price.

I was in Constanta for a conference near the Naval Academy and this hotel was perfectly situated near the conference location. The breakfast buffet is no frills and good, fine for my tastes. The free wifi has good signal strength and is fast. The restaurant has good service and good prices. I would stay there again.

Delightful hotel overlooking Portul Tomis

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace, recommended by a friend in Constanta. It has a lovely atmosphere and delightful position overlooking the old harbour, which can be viewed from the balcony over breakfast. Breakfast buffet is plentiful if somewhat average in quality. Rooms very clean and functional if slightly on the small size. Best of all this is a good value hotel with very helpful staff.
