Overall very happy with this place Pros: - Excellent communication with property from booking to check out. Much better in comparison to similar places in Buenos Aires. - Concierge available on site 24/7. All were very professional and friendly - Very good location in Buenos Aires. Only a short walk to big park/plaza area - Very clean apartment - Functional kitchen - Comfortable bed Cons: - Bathroom - really very small with awkward layout. There’s a countertop that extends to the bathtub and space between glass door and countertop is super narrow. The door would not open fully because it would hit the bidet. Bathtub had chipped areas and was very slippery without anything to hold on to. The silicone on edges of sink looked old and with stains. - Not big issue, but worth knowing that is fair distance walking to subway station

Lovely apartment well maintained in Palermo district. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My flight was rescheduled due to a strike at the airport and i was upgraded to an amazing beautiful penthouse suite. Definitely i will be coming back to Buenos Aires and staying here.

Práctico y bien ubicado

Alojamiento bien ubicado con cama amplia y muy cómoda. Estaba limpio y con todo los necesario para una estancia cómoda a excepción del sofá del salón que nos resultó poco confortable. Los recepcionistas muy amables y nos guardaron el equipaje sin ningún inconveniente. El precio lo mejor!

Cette résidence est très bien située. La communication avec l'accueil est très difficile, personne ne parle anglais. Personne ne vous informe sur le fonctionnement de la laverie. On se sent seul et on doit se débrouiller. Il y a un vrai problème ici : Flaat Recoleta Plaza a utilisé ma carte de crédit pour payer une autre réservation sans me demander mon autorisation, c'est un scandale. Les équipements de la cuisine sont insuffisants. Le studio n'était pas très propre et la terrasse. était très sale.
