As someone who has never traveled out of the country, this was an amazing first hotel to use. The owners communicated everything very timely and the price was amazing. The walk to universal wasn’t bad either so the location is perfect. We would pick this hotel again for another trip.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing experience staying at Hotalu. Our apartment was clean and cozy. I stayed with my family of 3, and recommend this place. Our only issue was that it was a bit far from the metro station, but the bus stop was close, so we used a bus to get to the city center. 7/11 was just around the corner which was super convenient. Plus the washer and dryer is available for free on the first floor. Overall, great host, lovely apartment. Loved our stay

It’s a nice little room for a family to stay together close to the Universal Studio. Not fancy but it’s an affordable option.

Technically everything is fine for a week's stay. It's only a bit tricky to work the washing machine, and the dryer has no timer, meaning depending on the load it can take multiple hours. Good to know is also that the general bin for trash is outside, somewhat hidden, but it's there (out of the door, around the corner to the right, in a well looking beige container. The latch is hidden under the lift gap). A great grocery store is also a few minutes away, with Oma's Okonomiyaki :-)

We took this as it was closish to Universal Studios. But it wasn't particularly close to a train station and a long walk to US, so cabs were needed. It's great that this had it's own mini-kitchen, but we had been spoiled by our first hotel (one of the Minn chain) which was similar but nicer. So check out Minn hotels before you book this! Or, if visiting Universal, maybe get one of the many hotels next to it, as the area there has far more amenities and restaurant choices (the area around this hotel is more residential, though there was a covered shopping area not far away).

少し歩きますが、千鳥橋駅と安治川口駅を使って便利に移動出来ました。 千鳥橋駅降りてすぐの所にスーパーがあり、宿近くにはコンビニもあるので、滞在費を節約して短期間生活する、という感覚で旅行する人なら満足できると思います。 共用ですが、洗濯機と乾燥機があったのも良かったです。

民泊全般に言えるのかもしれませんが、鍵の管理方法に不満がありました。一度でも泊まったことのある人ならいくらでもスペアキーを作れるのでオートロックやデータを上書き出来るカードキー等だとよかったです。 シャワールームは脱衣所が無かったので、家族で泊まったとしてもこれは無いなと思いました。 3泊しましたが、宿泊前と宿泊中に何度も同じ内容のメールが来て鬱陶しかったです。他の民泊にも泊まったことがありますが、メールが多すぎて迷惑でした。 良かった点としては洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で使えたことが良かったです。 脱衣所が無いという事が1番のネックでした。もう泊まることはないと思います。

大阪万博へ行く為にファミリー4人で2泊しました。駅からは離れていますが、不自由なく過ごせました。価格的にも満足です。 ◾️設備 お部屋は広くなかったですが、シングル布団は4枚ギリギリ広げられました。アメニティも必要最低限は揃っています。清潔感有り、不快感ありませんでした。 一階にある共用洗濯機と乾燥機は大型で非常に便利でした。粉洗剤もあります。 お部屋の冷蔵庫も大きく、冷凍庫もしっかり冷えるので、一晩でペットボトルが凍ってありがたかったです。 ◾️周辺 住宅街なので夜は静かです。 徒歩2.3分のところにセブンイレブンあり。営業時間は朝6:00-夜0:00。 飲食店は北港通りの方は行けば何店かあります。 徒歩5分ほどのところに春日出中公園があり、その向いにタクシー会社があります。朝7:30や8時過ぎ、そこへ行くと乗れます。あまり時間が遅いと全て出払ってしまっていて乗れないかもしれません。

숙소 전반적으로 깔끔했으며, 인근이 조용하고 편안한 분위기에 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 또한, 세탁시설이 있는 점이 무척 만족스러웠으며 걸어서 2분 거리에 편의점이 있고 맛집들도 다수 위치하여 만족스러웠습니다! 한가지 아쉬운 점이 역이 걸어서 10분 이상 걸리는 점이었으나 단점을 포함해서도 여유롭고 편안한 숙소인 점에서는 최고의 선택이었습니다.

利用時期:4月末 部屋：ラグジュアリルーム　 利用人数10名（内:子ども5名） 清潔感。備品類充実。スタッフの対応は良かったです。 宿泊まで、不安事を尋ねると、小さい事でも、 すぐに対応してくださり、親切な対応に安心感をもてました。 ユニバや、大阪観光を計画していれば、オフィシャルホテルに泊まるより、リーズナブルに 宿泊もでき良いです。 宿泊の重要事項を事前に頂き、厳しい記載がありますが、宿泊者側のマナーとして当たり前なので、そこは理解できる部分たと思います。 近くにコンビニはありますが、飲食店、スーパーはないので、事前に「食事計画」しないと、 食事難民になります。 ホテルは自炊できる調理具、皿類揃っていますので、材料さえあれば食事も安心です。 アメニティはタオルは人数✕1組。連泊の方は洗い回しで、使用しますが、干し場がないのが難点です。 マイナス点は少ないホテルです。 2つ言えば、風呂の排水が悪い。キッチンの 排水のネット1枚で、残飯処理の替えが無く困ったくらいです。 ホテル周辺は静かで、住宅街なので、お子様連れの方は賑やかく過ごさないよう、、留意して下さい。 交通面は、最寄り駅は遠いですが、歩いて5分以内にタクシー会社があり、便利です。 総合的に、リーズナブルに宿泊もでき最高です。リピートして、宿泊したいと思える所です。

Es war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Die Größe des Zimmers / kleines Appartement war super. Nur die Wände sind sehr dünn und bei nächtlichen Feiern der Nachbarn ist schlafen nur schwer möglich. Es ist sonst alles da, was man braucht. Bahnstation ist fußläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls. Für einen Ausflug zum Park oder zur Expo gut geeignet. Danke für die problemlose Kommunikation und die tolle Unterstützung an den Gastgeber. Grüße aus Deutschland nach Osaka

最寄り駅からUSJに行くには近くて良かった。しかし最寄り駅から宿泊施設まで遠いし宿泊施設の周りに子連れで行けるような飲食店が無かった。 バスタブが無くてシャワーしか無いのも残念でした。施設自体はキレイで静かでした。

大阪家族旅行

住宅街にあり、静かです。コンビニも近くて便利でしたが西九条駅から歩くには途中階段とかもあり大変かな？タクシーで移動して1500円かからないくらいでした。 お部屋は綺麗でした。家族4人じゃ少し狭いけどビジホに比べたら値段もお得‼︎ 一階に無料の洗濯機、乾燥機もありましたが干す場所ないのでハンガーを利用しました。
