Stayed in Zurich 2 days before taking train to Paris. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and had very nice views. A few places to eat close by with a local market around the corner. Would stay again.

Great but bring your own pilllows!

It was a lovely stay. The only complaint I have is that the bed was lovely but pillows were flat pieces nothingness which made it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep.

Very cost effective for Zurich. It is walkable from the train station, if you are willing to walk just over 20 minutes but transport is good also. Only downside was we were only provided one pillow each which was a little uncomfortable but overall it was a good place to stay.

Hi there! I liked the rooms, but had several connection issues with the wifi in our room. I had to stand at the wall closest to the inside hallways to get a consistent connection- im not sure if this is cause the wifi doesnt stretch the whole building, or if its too bogged down. It was pretty inconvenient, as I rely on that wifi to communicate with people back home.

Zurich is hot during my stay, the room has no air-condition but only one small fan provided. We can't sleep well during the night. When I requested one more fan, the apartment said CHP 50 is needed. Too expensive....!

Absolute disaster, I had to search for another hotel because I couldn't check-in. The hotel doesn't have on-site reception, I didn't received any emails about how to check in until a day AFTER I was supposed to check in. The phone number provided on site is not in service during weekends (there is only a German message that number cannot be connected) and the email I sent to their email address was only logged into system and not responded to for another day. I will not take any chances with Vision Apartments in the future.

Will never stay here again. Horrible communication when we first got to the hotel our code to the front door didn’t work which would have left us homeless for the night if it wasn’t for another guest leaving awhile later and they wouldn’t answer any calls or emails. Horrible pillows leaving us with terrible neck pain and the shower water pressure was so weak it hardly washes your soap off. Amenities were poor there was no ac or even a fan in 30 degree heat plus the ad for the hotel said coffee machine but you get a coffee machine with no coffee or milk. Having your windows open meant hearing the restaurant below until past midnight and area surrounding was loud in the early hours of the morning

We didn’t receive any mail about how to enter the property. So, we were standing in front of the closed doors… Wifi didn’t work on arrival. We called the team several times and had to wait one whole day until it was fixed. Two persons couldn’t do anything about it. The third one was helpful. And our calls in between have been refused by the team! Unacceptable, as I had to work. Floor and bedside table were very dirty. Shower in the tiny apartment is not made for big people…

Nice apartment, slightly uncomfortable stay

The property sent me an access code that only worked for the apartment door, not the main building door. I was only able to get in because another guest opened the door for me. I had to make an international call to request a new code. That did end up resolving the issue but I would have been homeless if no one was coming out the building. That is unacceptable. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and the balcony was nice. There is no AC and we couldn’t find a fan anywhere for the first two nights. We had uncomfortable sleep due to how hot it hot at night. On our third night, we came back to the apartment after being out all day to find a fan. They had entered and left us a fan while we were out (I didn’t request one nor mention it to anyone other than the other guests the night before). Strange. I emailed and asked the property if they had surveillance in the apartment and they said no. Toilet also smelled of sewage at times (not sure if that is their fault). Location was great and close to public transportation. Check out is at 10am and exactly at 9:55am, someone (I assumed the cleaning day) entered into the apartment to give us a reminder. They are insanely rigid and you only notice this after you read the manual you find in the apartment. Hotels.com doesn’t mention any of their rules.

Man wird täglich mit e-Mails zugemüllt. Ich würde es schätzen, wenn ich nur wesentliche Infos erhalte. Check-In war schrecklich und unpersönlich, für Menschen wo das Natel noch nicht teil des Gehirns ist. Zur Info am Telefon sprechen sie nur englisch. Positiv schönes Zimmer, zentral und die Frau am Telefon war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
