We where very disappointed with the service provided to us. When we got to Cyprus they checked as into in a room. However, two days later we were accused by the manager of been in the wrong room. She told us that the room is allocated to someone else and therefore we need to move asap … however, if we want to pay an extra €500 she was happy for us to stay there. My husband explained that I am disable and therefore we will need someone to support with our move .. unfortunately, that was declined. My husband had to move all our things to some distance from the room we were in. This was very difficult for him In the heat of the sun and with his medical condition. Also there was issues between management and restaurant owner. In light of that the restaurant was closed. So we were unable to have a drink when using the pool. We feel that it was very expensive for the service we received. We were very disappointed by the manager bad attitude. She was aggressive , unreasonable, unkind , and over all could not care about clients care . We were made aware that Aphrodites club is due to close due to a contract deal with a local business. Nevertheless, that does not exuded their behaviour towards their paying customers. Overall, we feel very disappointed about our accommodation, staff support , crack tiles in the room, very noisy air condition and not been able to have a drink whilst using the pool.

Maria the receptionist was pleasant, helpful and efficient. The apartment was a little dated but had a large bathroom, large bedroom and lounge. It was very clean and provided a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

arrived after dark got harassed by a drunk. power points in the room the majority didn't work, the room was boiling and even by the next morning after being on all night only cooled slightly! this is not helped by the fact the air con switches off when you leave the apartment(needs metal key fob to work) so its impossible to get the room to cool to a comfortable standard the internet is poor the majority of the time it isn't even strong enough to read emails through! The laminate flooring has become uneven we have stayed here many times over the years and its now at the point it needs refurbishing! and appliances replacing and the internet upgrading!

Apt was spacious, cleaner was very good. Bar was open but quiet while we were there and the restaurant wasn't open which was disappointing as the nearest places to eat are a few minutes drive away and rather 'samey'.

Stanza di grandi dimensioni ma collocata sopra il retrocucina, con relativi rumori ed odori appena aperta la porta della stanza, condizionatore rumoroso e mal regolabile. Terrazzino lato piscina sopra i bagni e le docce dela piscina; passaggio del personale pulizie .Bagno vecchio. Lovely hotel with nice pool and restaurant

I globally enjoyed my 3 days stay! Hotel is really charming with its beautiful garden and swimming pool, nice restaurant with wide choice of food (chinese, grills, salads, burgers...). Staff really welcoming and attentive, but a bit "slow" in reaction (food orders, maintenance...). Bedroom was huge and really clean with large kitchen/living room, big bathroom and wide bedroom with 2 single beds, and superb view on the pool and on the Erimi village and valley. However A/C was not working at all in the bedroom; despite being noticed to the reception, it was not fixed within my stay duration (3 days). Surroundings are peaceful and quite (residential area), but too isolated from shops, activities, ... (despite a supermarket at 1 km); bus stop in front of the hotel but service was limited (~3 bus per day); hiring a car is definitely requested, even if taxies can always be called (at the reception). Pool is free for hotel residents and further made accessible (and charged) to other visitors from the neighborhood, which brings a lot of extra people (especially large families with children) on Saturday and especially on Sunday - that day the place was REALLY noisy and messy around the pool and the restaurant.
