There was NO HEAT! It was -2 outside and we were freezing. We had two mini portable heaters and both didn’t work. There was no hot water. The hairdryer was broken. There was no communication beforehand and check-in was a nightmare.

Excellent value. We had booked two bedrooms apart, and it was very spacious. Good facilities in the building with coin laundry and rooftop swimming pool. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Trevligt och centralt boendet

Man känner sig som hemma eftersom man inte bli störd under vistelsen. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns fler affärer och kaféer i närheten. Fint utsikt över centrala Santiago.

Bom custo beneficii

O apartamento é de bom tamanho, sala/cozinha e uma suíte. Bem localizado para teríamos a pé ou de transporte público e aplicativo. Supermercados ao lado, restaurantes e lancherias. O sofá poderia ser melhor. A Tv poderia ser maior e smart. O chuveiro precisa de manutenção, fica solta... mas a quantidade e temperatura da água são excelentes. As toalhas não estavam cheirosas. Portaria 24h, prédio grande. Há certo barulho. A administradora e os porteiros foram muito atenciosos.

Nette Kochecke mit guter Ausstattung. Kaffeemaschine fehlt, ist aber generell in Südamerika nur sehr selten vorhanden. (-> nescafe ist üblich). Bodenbeläge sollten erneuert werden. Ausblick zum Hinterhof ist ernüchternd. Keine Funktionshinweise/Bedienungsanleitung zu Klimaanlage, Heizung und TV vorhanden. Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Backblech.

The stay here was horrible. The management never picked up the phone. The electricity went out and they didn’t answer until the next day. The shower was non-functioning in both bathrooms. The space was not very clean. We ended up staying somewhere else for a night or two. Do not recommend. Centrally locates but that is it.

Problemas com chuveiro, sem água quente por dois dias. Duas trocas de apto, sendo uma troca para uma unidade que apresentava mesmo problema relacionado à água quente, e por fim para um apto onde o ar condicionado não funcionava. Cama pouco confortável. Localização boa.

キッチンは一通りの道具が揃っており、自炊しやすいホテルです。まわりのスーパーもだいたいの生活用品がそろっており、繁華街にも近いです。バスタオルは交換はありませんが一階にコインランドリーがあります。トイレットペーパーも2-3日に1つ持ってきてくれます。 水回りに時々虫が出るのと部屋の備品(カーテンやベッド)が古いのを除けばいいアパルトメントだと思います。 一階のフロントでタクシーも呼んでもらえますし、ちょっとした相談にものってくれます。

Apartamento grande com check in facil. Acessorios para cozinha disponivel embora o micro ondas não funcionasse e o fogão demorasse a esquentar. Minha filha quebrou dois pratos e o dono do apartamento foi muito simpatico, não me cobrou, mas mesmo assim comprei em uma loja para repor. As camas eram confortaveis e tinha canais de tv a cabo e wi-fi muito bom. O chuveiro era bem complicado para ligar, no ultimo dia não consegui tomar banho. A localização excelente com lugares baratos proximos. Tambem conta com ar condicionado.

La peor experiencia

Lamentablemente no funciono la calefaccion, el secador de pelo y la plancha tenia el enchufe malo, horrible experiencia porque la calefeccion con temperaturas bajo cero era realmente necesaria y como la oficina atiende hasta las 21:00 hrs fue imposible hacer algo. Realmente la peor experiencia. Lo elegi por ubicacion, tenia reunion en el ministerio, pero fue desastrosa.

Praticidade, boa localização e conforto

Foi tudo bem tranquilo. O flat estava limpo e tinha toda a estrutura que precisavamos. Cama boa e confortável, com vários cobertores extras, armário e closet muito bons, banheiro pequeno mas atendeu bem. O unico ponto negativo foi que tentamos usar o cooktop mas nao funcinou, apesar de termos avisado que nao estava funcionando adequadamente.
