Wonderful with a small flaw

The accommodations were spectacular. But, the property is under construction. It is very noisy in the morning which can be a bit of a pain to deal with after partying all night.

Great place for the money

This condo was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. It was me and my husband and a single friend, so having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great! The kitchen and living room was spacious and comfortable. The mattresses were not the greatest...a little flimsy...but not bad at all. There was a ton of closet space as well. The pool was great and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The place was located just past the downtown area, but you could still walk if you wanted to. That was good for us as we wanted a quiet place to sleep. As we learned throughout our stay, Costa Rican's don't really understand that we are used to being fairly timely, so the wait for breakfast was a little much and it was only served for 1 hour. However, the staff was very nice and really wanted to make things nice for us. Overall, it was a great stay!

Muy tranquilo, espacioso, solo para descansar.

Cuando voy a Jaco me hospedo en Jacobay, muy familiar, solo para descansar, no hay ruio, actividades, etc, depende de lo que se quiera. El condo es confortable con todo lo necesario. Esta vez no funcionó el A/C lo cual es terrible en Jaco, la tina estaba quebrada. Aun así me parece un buen lugar para la familia, aunque en Jaco hay muchas opciones.

Newver again.

There is no hotel just two towers and two ruins of towers that where never finished. No help. They did not even clean our room.

Jaco Bay - Modern Condo Hotel in Jaco

This place is nice and clean, but you feel like you are staying in a half-finished building project. Well, you are, because they stopped on two half-finished blocks. Big things to know. There is no full time reception, but the lady was very helpful when she was there. The bar/cafe was not open. Also, the rooms dont feel 100% finished. No shower curtains (so water goes everywhere) and also some secondary windows dont have blinds/curtains. So the sun beams through early.
