Lindo porem distante

Na verdade é uma recanto, nao um hotel. Uma casa antiga tipica da toscana, gigante, com apartamentos completos, com cozinha completa, armarios, louça e sala de visita. Ricamente decorado, nos minimos detalhes, impressionante como é bem cuidado. Uma pscina imensa, onde os moradores tambem frequentam mediante a pagamento extra. É lindo, uma fazenda distante de arezo uns 30 minutos. Silencio total a noite. Pena nao ter ar condicionado no apartamento, o que no verao foi muito complicado. Nao tem elevador tambem. Staff nao fala ingles mas é bem prestativo. Bom pro casal em lua de mel que quer curtir a dois.

Siamo stati in 5 (famiglia con 3 bambini) molto bene. C'è spazio per giocate a calcetto, relax in piscina. Nella nostra stanza mancava impianto fisso di aria condizionata, ma le grosse mura del casale proteggono bene dal caldo. Personale molto gentile

We were incorrectly charged for two nights!

This is a beautiful place, but no where on Expedia's website or Relais' website did it say that you couldn't check in past midnight. We got lost driving up from southern Italy, and the place was locked up when we arrived. We did check in that following day, but were charged for the first night, when we had to find lodging somewhere else!
