It is a good hotel overall for aparthotel. The best part is to be in walking distance to the beach which was great. Rooms were little small. But staff was very helpfull. Food was good enough. But the hotel was a little small then every hotels that i have been before but it was fun we made friends.

High season family vecation

We had a floor apartmant. This was fanstastic. The only issue i find is the pricing. Twice as expencive as the other hotels and apartments we stayed at this vecation in mallorca. This price tag buys you luxury other places with all inclusive, but we prioritized staying close to the airport. The hotel also charges for everything, like towels for pool use etc.

This hotel is not as it's portrayed on website. It's in terrible condition. Our A/C didn't work for 2 days and they wouldn't change our room. You have to pay for pool towels. You have pay for the room safe. Our part of the hotel did not have an elevator and we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. No help from hotel. I complained so much that they finally agreed to a refund.

First time in Mallorca and wanted something close to beach. There is a large store nearby for some beach necessities and food. We had the ground floor, which was nice for kids. The gym and kids center were a bit outdated. There was a laundry facility on site, laundry detergent was included in price. The food at restaurant was okay, nothing to rave about. Our room smelled stale and moldy, I let the reception know and I think they put in aroma for one day. The beds were squeaky. It was okay for first time stay because we did not know better but I think in future will stay elsewhere.

This is a nice hotel to stay but I won’t be returning to it. some nice staff The cleaners work the hardest. Kids entertainment is ok pool bar staff are miserable. There were a lot of ants in our room and the smell from air con is very smelly. But furniture needs looked at as it’s very dangerous for toddlers climbing on and off the sofas in the living room. The pool area is smaller than we thought from the pictures and the children’s park is derelict and is very dirty. There are a lot of birds flying around doing their droppings everywhere which left the surrounding pool disgusting

Ok, but...

Good hotel in a relatively silent neighborhood, close to good restaurants and the beach. Hotel Restaurant is ok, a bit noisy, food is average, but lack allergy marking. Reasonable variety. We stayed in a ground floor flat. Ok since we were travelling with an infant, but not my favorite. Very little views but practical because of the stroller. Ok standard, except for very poor quality on the toilet paper, which is a unnecessary daily reminder on where not to cut costs. Also the second pool area was so soiled by birds and stuff from the trees that no one wanted to use the area, and when at the same time a pool guard just sits there with nothing to do (with no apparent incentive to keep the area clean throughout the day), I feel that the review gets one star less than what they could get by these simple fixes.

Lovely hotel. One block back from the busy promenade and Beach. Very easy to get to. 20€ from airport on taxi. Modern public areas, nice staff team. Trees pretty. Food good. Room suited our family well. Cot very good. Nice to have a kitchenette. All three pools were very cold and not useable by our youngest child, including indoor, and the jacuzzi. (October). May be ok in summer months but not October onwards I’d say. Playroom is a good addition but minimal games present- it’s the space you enjoy rather than specific things to do within it. Was smelly at times but very useable. Some simple games, paper, crayons would be nice. And perhaps a large playpen/ fenced area for safe play for under 2s (and as a rest for the parents). Generally the hotel met our needs well and we would consider to come back- it’s nice. Just a shame about the pools and the playroom which were the major pull for us as a young family. Thank you.

Definetly not a 4* hotel

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards one would expect. Firstly, the air conditioning in our apartment was not functioning properly. It was far too hot to stay comfortably in the room, especially during the night. This made our stay unpleasant and tiring. Secondly, the cleaning service was inadequate. Only the bed sheets were changed, but the floors remained dirty and table surfaces hadn’t been wiped at all. Basic hygiene standards were clearly not being met. Communication was another big issue. Apart from the reception, most staff members didn’t speak English well, which caused a lot of confusion. For instance, my husband asked a staff member if he could smoke outside near the breakfast area, and he was told it was fine. However, three days later, another employee said it was actually not allowed. This inconsistency left us feeling uncomfortable and unsure of the rules. The parking situation was even more frustrating. There were two “private” parking spots at Houm Plaza, but there was no clear sign saying they were reserved or required payment. We asked the receptionist when we arrived if we could use them, and we were told it was okay and free of charge. The next day, however, the manager blocked our car by parking her Mazda convertible directly in front of it — even though there were other free spots available. It seemed very obvious she was annoyed, and she later told us that parking there actually costs money. This entire situation felt unprofessiona

Would not use this hotel again

The hotel was not terrible, but our stay was not a great experience. Service was especally lacking on sevral ocations. Traveled with wife and a baby. Breakfast is fine, but a lot of the items are low quality like poweer eggs, juice and coffee. Okey for a family, but don't have to high expectation. What I found positive about the hotel: +It is close to the beach. +The have kept plants on the premise which I find nice. What I found negative about the hotel: - Cleaning was a bit off. The room never got properly cleand, and if our kid sat on the floor the cloths became a bit dirty. -Staff was not that helpful. We got the wrong type of room, witch the told us they would look into, but they kept delaying. We paid extra for a room with a seawiew. On the ad this is the rooms on the 5th floor with the glass guardrail. But we got a room on the 3rd floor looking into a bit tree, and the pool. It was not terrible but not exactly what we paid for. -The ad for the hotel said they would have aircondition. It was turned of even if the teprature rose above 30 celcius. They refused to turn it on, and we had to keep the windows open. Unfortunatly myself, my wife and our baby got a lot of mosqito bites because of this. -You get worse service if you book from another site than theirs. I slightly expetc this, but I have not seen a hotel beeing so adament on this. For example late checkhout is only possible when booking from their website. -Beds were of lower quality than expected.

Et meget bra hotell for barnefamilier, og vi hadde ingen utfordringer underveis. Eneste som trekker ned, er at det var svært harde madrasser på sengene, og det ble derfor en del mindre søvn enn vi hadde ønsket.
