I regret booking although room is nice and clean

Very poor check in system and parking lot allocation. No visible sign board along road despite the known foggy condition at the location. Parking lot was flooded and so difficult to drive up frm L5 to L1 designated lot according to the room. Waiting for lift is another nightmare! 20min spent and can’t get a lift up to the room unit despite four lifts in service. We ended up have to go down (from carpark to room) or got up (from room to carpark). If you are lucky you do not need to go up till level 38 to say Hi to everyone standing outside the lift at every level.

House condition ok but no floor map and towel provided. Need to self collect from counter. The management of maple home cannot meet expectations. We came on 7pm and our units still not available for us to check in as they mentioned the previous tenants late check out.

Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit.

Will stay again for attending concerts in genting

The check in queue took me 50minutes but once you get to the registration counter, it was fast and efficient. The unit itself was very nice, particularly enjoyed the wood floor. view of genting from master bedroom at night was clear. the drainage in the master shower was not great, water pooled a lot and went to sink area, and slight smell from the bathroom. bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious
