Front desk staff were lovely!! Property is older but clean and tidy. Kitchen was adequately eqipped however we could not find pods in the grocery store fit the Delta coffee maker. Excellent location walkable to all the touristy spots and located in the theatre district. We enjoyed out stay.

The images shown are from the buffet not from the actual room. These images are misleading and do not entail the truth of this hotel. If you like to experience a night in an overpriced student dorm I would advice to book your hotel night here. The room was noisy, only boiling hot water from the shower and all furnitures contained damages.

The place was okay, I got a small apartment with all I needed for a short stay (kitchenette, small closet). The staff was okay, the young fellow who checked me in was very nice and I was able to leave my luggage at the reception.

Nice service, great location in Gran Via in the middle of the action. Weird lobby :-) but really good service. Rooms are good, big and comfortable but the place would value a fixer upper. But for a quick stop I would go back.

The property is pretty rundown, in dire need of a refurbishment, but for being in such a central location it's alright for one night or two. You definitely need earplugs though, as that avenue is the main one in the city so it's noise 24/7 even if you're on the top floors. The reception people were lovely and the place was clean.
