This is a lovely little apartment in a fantastic location right in the middle of wonderful Dubrovnik old town. Really well supplied for conveniences whilst staying, clean & comfortable. The only issue, which we expected because of location, was a bit of noise from the bars ( ironically more when they were disposing of bottles in early morning rather than drinkers late night) and a bit of fried fish smell from the bars. But this should be expected at this location & wasn’t a real problem & did not detract from the overall very enjoyable experience. Directions & check in was efficient & very friendly.

We had apartment 3 on the top floor which was impecably clean and tidy. There is a little noise from the eateries below but this did not disturb our stay or interfere with our sleep. The location is great a couple of minutes from the Main Street and walking distance to all the main sights. If staying in Dubrovnik Old Town again we woud not hesitate in re booking.

Great apartment in the Old Town

Lovely small apartment right in the centre of the Old Town, built into the fabric of the place. Very close to restaurants and bars, so some noise outside. Staff/owners were extremely helpful, with a late checkin and making arrangements for airport pick up and onward travel.

Great host, great apartment

We had a lovely stay at Leonarda Baroque House. The host, Leonarda, and her parents who help run the place were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent - but not for light sleepers as there’s so much street noise what with it being the centre of the Old Town. The apartment was comfortable and had all amenities, fantastic AC, well equipped kitchen and extra towels - even beach towels!! Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was lovely and so well located to watch the world go by. I’d highly recommend a stay at Leonarda’s and would definitely return if I ever find myself in Dubrovnik again.

This apartment was lovely and exactly like the pictures but even bigger than I expected. For the Old town, we could not have picked a better location, just off the main strip (10m i would say) but also super quiet. Having a fridge and freezer in the apartment was the best thin as it meant we always had a cold bottle of water to take out with us.

Very nice experience! Clean, superb location and very helpful staff. Not the best choice if you are travelling with small kids because of the steep stairs (at least in the top floor appartment).

Great spot!

Great stay. Steps away from Stradun and 5 minute walk through Ploce Gate. Modern interior and comfortable. Very clean. They even have a clothes line in case you want to wash a few items!

Great place homely , we were given a pent house which can be difficult for people who are taller say around 6 foot, bed room to living room has an immediate step to cross need to watch out or a safety hazard of falling down the stairs

Great location in old town. Easy access from Pile gate with no stairs for luggage. Comfortable studio apartment and gracious hosts. Some noise at night but nothing that you would not expect in a city. Definitely recommend and hope to return

Right in the middle of old town up a short set of stairs in narrow walkway. Taxi cannot take you to door so you must walk in from nearest gate and handle your own luggage. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Great location with multiple dining sites to walk to nearby.

If visiting the old city is the purpose of your trip to Dubrovnik I highly recommend this place. You don't get any more central in the old city of Dubrovnik than this! A family run apartment building and their service was impeccable. This top floor unit was very bright with all of the skylights, and we enjoyed the windows that opened onto the street below and the well functioning air conditioning. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Beware if you are not up for the 4 flights of stairs, or if you are very tall you may find the low ceilings in some areas of the apartment inconvenient.
